Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Combined With Thunder-Fire Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Trigeminal Neuralgia

Purpose: Through the comparative analysis of clinical research on acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion and acupuncture in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia curative effect.To further explore the application of mine fire moxibustion in clinical,for the treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia is more suitable for treatment.Method: Clinical research will be divided into two groups: the treatment group 30 cases and the control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with moxibustion for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia,the control group was treated with acupuncture alone,1 days and 10 courses of treatment,3 courses of treatment.Through comparative analysis before and after the treatment of patients with VAS score table,and the symptom score table,statistical analysis of the efficacy of two groups of patients after 3 courses of treatment,and then come to the conclusion.Result: There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with P>0.05.The treatment group compared with the control group,age distribution,2 test,P>0.05,visible and no significant difference in age between the two groups,comparable.Treatment group and control group of pain VAS score by t test statistical analysis showed that the treatment of two groups compared no significant difference(P > 0.05);treatment of 1 ~ 2 after treatment between the two groups no significant difference(P > 0.05);three at the end of the treatment after the differences between two group significantly(P < 0.05),degree of pain in the treatment group compared with the control group significantly reduced.Two groups of patients with treatment of 3 courses,to the effect of using the Wilcoxon rank sum test,after the end of the first course of treatment,comparative analysis curative effects in the two groups(P < 0.05),significant difference,the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group;after the end of the second course of comparative analysis of curative effects in the two groups(P > 0.05),thinks of the efficacy of the two groups have no significant difference;after theend of treatment,the treatment group total efficiency was 93.33% in the control group,the total effective rate was 83.33%,comparative analysis of curative effects in the two groups(P < 0.05).It is considered that the curative effect of the two groups had significant difference.The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Within 5 months of follow-up,4 of the treatment group relapsed,and 9 of the control group relapsed.Conclusion: Satisfactory effects were obtained in treatment of two kinds of treatment for trigeminal neuralgia,acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion compared with simple acupuncture the better curative effect,and reduce the rate of recurrence in patients with,as a way of therapy in clinical application.
