Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Posthumous Neuralgiaafter Herpes Zoster By Acupuncture Combined With Lightning Moxibustion

Objective:This clinical study use of thunder fire moxibustion and acupuncture for the treatment of heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster,compared with the control group(simple acupuncture treatment),through the treatment of symptoms such as pain,mood changes before and after the observation and record,for of thunder fire moxibustion and acupuncture for the treatment of clinical therapeutic effects of heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster carries on the preliminary discussion,in order to provide a highly efficient for the clinical treatment of this disease and to promote the new train of thought.Methods:Sixty patients with postherpetic neuralgia who met all the criteria were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.Control group simply be acupuncture(acupuncture point is mainly for the clip ridge point and stab pain OuDeWei),the treatment group on the basis of acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion therapy(mainly moxibustion pain area),daily 1,3 weeks to 1 treatment course,on the degree of pain before and after treatment in both groups(VAS score),degree of anxiety(HAMA score)and the clinical curative effect were compared.Results:The VAS and HAMA scores of the two groups were higher than those of the control group,and the effective rate of the treatment group was10% higher than that of the control group.Acupuncture combined with fire and thunder moxibustion has more advantages in relieving pain,improving anxiety and clinical efficacy.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion and acupuncture alone are both effective in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia;2.Acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has better clinical effect than acupuncture alone;...
