The Research On Medical Students’ Professional Ethics Education In The New Era

Medical professionals’ morality,which is the professional ethics that the medical staff need to observe,and it is the guidance that guarantee the harmonious relationships between doctors and patients,doctors and their peers,doctors and the whole society.Medical professional ethics education doesn’t mean the education,cultivation and supervision for doctors,and the most important and necessary point is the systematic and unabridged education for medical students.The purpose of medical students’ professional education is to help them form the professional ethics consciousness,so that to effectively practice medical professional morality when they are on the job.Medical students are the reserve talents of medical health cause,and their professional skill,moral quality are directly relative to the sound development of medical health cause.Therefore,there is great and long-term significance of medical students’ professional education.In order to find out the problems of medical students’ professional education,the writer uses empirical research.We designed the questionnaires about medical students’ professional education,and issued 500 questionnaires to the medical students of Dalian Medical University,then analyze the survey result.By this we can know the achievement and problems of medical schools,and analyze the causes of problems,so that to put forward countermeasure.There are four parts in the paper.The first part,isagoge.It includes the background and significance,the research home and abroad,the research thought and methods,the main points of innovation and the related concept.The second part,the analysis of current situation of medical students professional education.Firstly,analyzing the achievement of medical students’ professional education.Secondly,analyzing the problems of medical students’ professional education by questionnaires,and it includes several point: the inadequacy ofeducation,the effect isn’t ideal,medical students’ professional ethics need to be improved.The third part,analyzing the problems of medical students’ professional education.Based on the current situation of medical students professional education,we analyze the problems.We think there are two seasons: one is the extensive background of society,and the other one is medical university’s dilemma of teachingThe fourth part,mainly discusses the countermeasure of medical students’ professional education.Firstly,we should follow some principles,then complete the education system and strengthen campus cultural construction.
