On Investigation Of Professional Ethical Education Of Medical College Students

Professional ethics of medical workers, namely medical ethics isimportant because they assume the mission of retrieving the dying orrescuing the wounded, which concerns life and health of the masses.Their professional ethics reflects ethical standard of the whole society andrepresents level of socialist ideological and ethical progress.Medical college students are medical workers in the future. It isnecessary to educate them with professional ethics in order to bring upqualified medical talents, which is beneficial to promotion of levels ofmedical services of the whole society, improvement of socialistmodernization and civilization and improvement of the socialist people’slivelihood. Therefore, it is of great importance to educate medical collegestudents with professional ethics. Medical colleges must attachimportance to it.In order to master ideological trends of professional ethicaleducation of medical college students and study recent condition ofprofessional ethical education of medical college students, the authordesigns a questionnaire, hands out300questionnaires.200students inInner Mongolian Medical College and100students in Baotou MedicalCollege are investigated with contents including cognition of medical college students to professional ethical education, professional ethicaleducation of colleges and universities in classroom teaching and practice,professional ethical education of clinical trainees, analyze and studyresults of the investigation.The thesis starts from several fundamental concepts includingmedical ethics, professional ethics and professional ethical education, incombination with working experience in medical college of the authorand understanding of counselors and faculty in medical college, masterscognition of medical college students and recent condition of professionalethical education in medical colleges through theoretical study andexample analyses and dissects existing problems. The author puts forwardcountermeasures to educate students in medical college students withprofessional ethical education in combination with research findings ofthe author. Through investigation, it is concluded that education systemcan be formed in medical colleges, bringing professional ethicaleducation together well with theoretical teaching, practice and clinicalpractice. The system can provide a platform for medical students to traingood medical ethical habits and create good conditions to train medicaltalents in high level and high quality.
