As an important part of medical education after graduation,standardized training for residents is the key link of the whole medical education system.Medical ethics education is an important part of standardized training for resident doctors and an inevitable requirement for resident doctors to grow into qualified doctors.However,the standardized training base of resident doctors attaches great importance to the training of clinical standard diagnosis and treatment techniques,but ignores the medical ethics education of resident doctors,and the moral education function in the residential training stage fails to give full play to.Therefore,it is an important issue for post-graduation medical education in China to strengthen and improve the medical ethics education for resident doctors and perfect the standardized training system for resident doctors.In this paper,in order to practice resident standardization training in our country food culture doctor medical ethics education is faced with practical difficulties for the selected topic,and the practice of medical ethics education problem is decomposed into two parts of the theoretical research and empirical research on,and then combined with the theoretical research and empirical research results,in under the guidance of the theory is put forward to strengthen and improve the living culture doctors’ medical ethics education point of view.Besides the preface,this paper consists of three parts.The preface expounds the new requirements of the new medical model to the construction of doctors’ medical ethics.Starting with the medical ethics thoughts in different historical periods,the paper expounds the life-long nature of medical ethics education.Based on deepening the standardized training system of resident doctors in China,the research ideas and research contents are put forward.The first part,including the first and second chapters,is the theoretical research part of this paper,which constitutes the theoretical basis of the full text,and provides a logical main line for the whole research on the medical ethics education of resident training doctors.This part mainly includes three aspects: research background,basic concepts and comparison at home and abroad.The first chapter analyzes the purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad,puts forward the research content,research methods,analyzes and summarizes the formation process of medical ethics of residents.The second chapter explains the relevant concepts and puts forward the theoretical basis for the research.Based on the comparison of medical ethics thoughts and medical ethics education at home and abroad,this paper investigates the medical ethics education and its evaluation mode of resident training doctors abroad,discusses the promotion of medical ethics education on society,the restriction of social political and economic system on medical ethics education,and the promotion of medical ethics education on medical science and technology,and then puts forward eight stage characteristics of the law of resident training doctors’ medical ethics education,It lays the foundation for the empirical research and the analysis of the problems.The second part,including the third,fourth and fifth chapters,is the empirical research of this paper and the discussion of the problems and causes of the medical ethics education of resident doctors,which provides the practical basis for the suggestions and countermeasures of the medical ethics education of resident doctors.The third,fourth and fifth chapters respectively analyze the investigation results of medical ethics and medical ethics education cognition,discuss the existing problems in medical ethics education and analyze the causes of the problems in medical ethics education.This study randomly selected 5 national resident standardization training base in Chong Qing to survey the scene,collect 5base the living culture of physician training plan,training plan etc,choose19 management for individual depth interview or group interview,interview for living culture of doctors’ medical ethics education and the influencing factors of living culture doctor medical ethics cognition,etc.300 copies of the Questionnaire on the Cognition of Medical Ethics and Medical Ethics Education of Resident Training Doctors were distributed to resident training doctors,and 294 valid questionnaires were collected.The survey contents included basic information,understanding of the connotation of medical ethics,attitude towards medical ethics education,self-examination of medical ethics,suggestions on medical ethics education and overall evaluation,etc.Epi Data3.1 software was used to build the database,SPSS21.0 software was used for data processing,and descriptive statistical analysis method was used for analysis.Of resident standardization training base to carry out the medical ethics education,live from doctors the the physician problems such as insufficient medical ethics education courses and teaching methods;Furthermore,it is analyzed that the reasons for the problems of medical ethics education in residents include the technical tendency of standardized training system for residents,insufficient understanding of medical ethics education in the whole career cycle,insufficient attention to the theory of all-round development of human beings,and insufficient cross-disciplinary integration of medical ethics education,etc.The third part,namely the sixth chapter,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the medical ethics education of resident and training doctors in China from four aspects of ideological understanding,system construction,curriculum design and teaching mode.In terms of ideology and cognition,from the point of eliminating the technical tendency of the standardized training system for resident doctors,the author puts forward the importance of fully understanding the medical professional ethics education for resident doctors.In the aspect of system construction,it mainly discusses the system guarantee of strengthening the medical ethics education of residential training doctors,puts forward to perfect the standard of medical professional ethics education in the residential training stage,guarantees and improves the treatment of residential training doctors,strengthens the ideological guidance of the Party and League organizations,and explores the "model" of medical ethics education of residential training doctors.In terms of curriculum design,it is proposed to design sequential habitual courses from a holistic perspective,construct an interactive teaching model based on self-study,and construct a medical ethics training and assessment model based on social work methods for resident and training doctors.
