Affect Of The Efficacy In Acupuncture With "Gas To The Disease" On Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:The treatment of lumbar disc herniation is effective currently,but the longer the clinical treatment period and treatment of it has become more and more complicated.Our topic is to finding the way of simpler,more effective through comparing the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation behind the theory of "gas to the disease" between conventional acupuncture treatment.Method:Selected 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation of Acupuncture inpatient from May 2015 to November 2015 in Wuhan Integrative TCM & western medicine Hospital which were divided into two parts randomly,Observer Group and the control group,30 patients in each.The control group was treated with Dachangshu,Guanyuanshu,Xiaochangshu,Huantiao,Weizhong,Yanglingquan,Chengshan and dialectical acupoints,and the other group basis treated with the same acupuncture points given by nerve stimulation on those acupoints such as Dachangshu,Guanyuanshu,Xiaochangshu,Huantiao,Weizhong,Yanglingquan,Chengshan.Selected McGill pain scale and the efficacy of standard observation to assessing the two groups Result:1.After treatment,30 patients in Observer Group,21 cases were cured,8 cases were improved and 1 was unhealed,the rate of effective above is 96.67%;while the control group,12 cases were cured,11 cases were improved,7 cases were unhealed,the effective rate was 76.67%.Acupuncture with "Gas to the disease" group was significantly higher than conventional acupuncture group,and there was statistically significant compared(P<0.05).2.Before the treatment,the difference of pain score was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,Acupuncture with "Gas to the disease" group was lower than conventional acupuncture group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical cure rate and pain reducing of acupuncture with "Gas to the disease" on the Treatment of lumbar disc herniation is more significantly than conventional acupuncture group,it can be a way of simpler,cheaper,more convenient and effective to clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
