Balance Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

ObjectivesClinical observation of balance acupuncture and traditional acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation, by contrast with traditional acupuncture treatment, both before and after the treatment to observe the degree of pain relief contrast, using VAS evaluation, JOA evaluation, clinical observation, inquiry Balance Acupuncture plus traditional acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation treatment effect.MethodsThis experiment using the prospective study method, follow the principle of random, control experiments were in Department of acupuncture and moxibustion, ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Department of acupuncture and moxibustion in60cases of lumbar disc herniation recruitment, randomly selected30cases accorded with the diagnostic standard in the experimental group,30patients met the diagnostic criteria were included in the control group, the experimental group, to balance acupuncture and traditional acupuncture treatment, the control group using the traditional method of acupuncture treatment,1times/day,5times/week, for2weeks, before and after a course of treatment according to the law back pain evaluation VAS score and JOA score were observed, and statistics the curative effect after the treatment, evaluation. Result1. The experimental group and the control group before and after treatment were compared, there is significant difference between them (P<0.05), the two groups are effective in relieving pain; the experimental group compared with the control group after treatment, there is significant difference between them (P<0.05), shows that the experimental group on the pain relief effect is better than the control group.2. Comparison between the experimental group and the control group after treatment JOA score, there is significant difference between them (P<0.05), the therapeutic effect of experimental group is better than control group after treatment; the experimental group and the control group in the subjective symptom, symptom integral, integral aspect of daily life is limited, there are significant differences(P<0.01), description the experimental group to improve the patients symptoms, signs, improve the efficacy of daily life is better than that of the control group limited.3. The experimental group and the control group, pain relief rate of cure rate, by chi square test, P<0.05, there was significant difference between the two groups, the experimental group was better than control group. To compare the clinical efficacy, the experimental group2cases were cured,16cases markedly effective,11cases,1cases ineffective, the effective rate60%, the total effective rate was96.7%, control group1cases were cured,9cases markedly effective,15cases, invalid5cases, markedly effective rate33.3%, The clinical curative effect of the two groups, using the Ridit analysis, Z=4.267, P=0.039<0.05, there was significant difference between the two groups, the experimental group was better than control group. ConclusionThe experimental group and control group two groups after the treatm ent has good curative effect, the experimental group remission rate of pr olapse of lumbar intervertebral disc to improve the pain of patients, imp rove the patient’s symptom sand signs, daily life and work function, impr ove clinical curative effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation, wer e superior to the control group, Clinical effect of precise needle balance, has anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect is good, is a suitable for the p romotion of clinical diagnosis technology.
