Clinical Research On Modified Astragalus Decoction To Treat Senile Functional Constipation Of Qi Deficiency

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe Modified Astragalus Decoction to treat Senile Functional Constipation of Qi deficiency,and to explore the mechanism of action from two aspects of theory and clinical,for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Senile Functional Constipation of Qi deficiency to Provide scientific basis.Methods:The study objects are selected in September 2014 to December 2015,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital in Wuhan in accordance with Senile Functional Constipation type belongs to Qi deficiency disease diagnosis outpatient 60 cases,the aged ranged from 60 to 80 years old.General situation and the condition of the patients with detailed records,such as,in accordance with the principle of random divided into treatment group and control group,strip off cases,treatment group 26 cases,24 cases of control group,two groups of patients in gender,age,duration of treatment before symptoms integral,comparison,no significant statistical difference(P> 0.05).The treatment group received Modified Astragalus Decoction oral treatment,a daily dose,30 minutes before every meal of breakfast,lunch and dinner;Control group received treatment mosapride citrate 5 mg tid,30 minutes after meal during treatment patients avoid the cold stimulation of food and stop using other drugs,4 weeks after treatment,uses the questionnaire survey form for the Patient's symptoms score in the first week after treatment,the second week,around the third week,analyzed using SPSS 21.0 software,evaluate its curative effect.Results:The 4 weeks after treatment,treatment group 26 cases,6 cases got cure,10 cases had marked effect,8 cases of effective,2 had no effect,the total effective rate was 92.31%;Control group 24 cases,clinical cure 1 cases,6 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,6 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 78.26%,comparing the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment,there was significantly statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared the two groups after treatment the symptoms of total points,also have obvious differences,statistically significance(P<0.05),in the aspect of improving symptoms such as significantly shorten defecation time,decreased defecation time interval,the improvement of feces properties and sensitivity to defecate difficulty,endless defecate treatment group was superior to control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).End treatment discontinuation after 4 weeks follow-up participants' long-term clinical effect,treatment group 26 cases,4 cases of recurrence,22 cases without recurrence,the recurrence rate 15.38%;Recurrence of the control group 24 cases,15 cases,9 cases without recurrence,the recurrence rate of 62.50%,after statistics analysis,there are significant differences(P<0.05),shows that the treatment group is better than the control group.The treatment group and control group of patients no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusions:Modified Astragalus Decoction in the treatment of Senile Functional Constipation of Qi deficiency curative effect is distinct,and to improve the symptoms of individual aspects,such as significantly shorten defecation time,decreased defecation time interval,the improvement of feces properties,reduce defecate difficulty and endless defecate are obviously better than that in control group,the long-term efficacy of follow-up is also better than the control group,and no adverse reactions,is worth popularization in clinical application.
