Clinical Observation Of Xinwei Anshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis And Insomnia

Objective:1.To observe the Xinwei Anshen Decoction in the treat ment of chronic erosive gastritis and(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type insomnia patients in the treatment before and after endoscopic classification,Weight change,insomnia and subjective symptom assessment scale score changes of Xinwei Anshen Decoction clinical significance.2.To sum up the clinical experience of Professor Gan Aiping,in order to provide a new thinking for the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis and insomnia,and to improve the clinical efficacy.Methods:1.Choose Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hubei Province Gan Aiping professor of experts in the spleen and stomach outpatient service of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis for chronic erosive gastritis and insomnia,syndrome differentiation and typing of TCM for 64 patients with stagnation of liver Qi with deficiency of the spleen.The treatment sequence were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,32 cases in each group.2.In experiment group treated with modified "Xinwei Anshen Decoction" in treating,patients in control group were treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsules combined with estazolam tablets;two groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks.3.Respectively before treatment(day 0)and after treatment(6 weeks ± 3 days and 6 months ± 3)evaluated(were gastroscopy,weigh,fill in the PSQI and liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of quantitative grading standard form),safety indicators in the test process and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded as well.4.All data using SPSS statistical software package for analysis and processing,the measurement data using t-test,count data using chi square test,level data using Ridit analysis,all the statistica l results to P < 0.05 said was statistically significant.Results:1.In the treatment group did not take medication can not evaluate the efficacy of 2 cases,1 cases of the control group during the treatment of serious diseases,the elimination of 1 cases,the final completion of clinical observation of 60 cases.2.Treatment group and control group can improve the gastric mucosal erosion and the two are similar.3.Treatment group and control group can improve sleep disorders,improve sleep quality,and there is no significant difference in the degree of improvement.4.Two groups of drugs can improve liver stagnation and spleen deficiency symptoms,but the treatment group is better than the control group.5.The treatment group had an advantage over the control group in terms of weight loss.6.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group and the control group,indicating that Xinwei Anshen Decoction and rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsules contusion and estazolam tablets are safe.7.After 6 months of treatment,the recurrence rate of patients in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(PSQI and symptom of Chinese Medicine),(P<0.05),which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Xinwei Anshen Decoction can not only promote chronic erosive gastritis healing and protecting gastric mucosa,also can alleviate symptoms in patients with insomnia,reduce the application of sleep disorders and hypnotic drugs,improve the sleep quality of patients,Increase weight and the patients symptoms improved than western medicine has obvious advantages.In terms of safety observation found no obvious adverse reactions,the long-term curative effect is satisfactory,and the recurrence rate is low.This study provide a new thinking for the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis and insomnia medicine,Xinwei Anshen Decoction has obvious advantages than the pure western medicine treatment,it is worth in clinical application.
