Objective: to investigate the clinical significance of qaiqi anshen prescription in the treatment of chronic insomnia with spleen deficiency and liver depression by observing and comparing qaiqi anshen prescription and estazolam tablet in the treatment of chronic insomnia with spleen deficiency and liver depression.Research methods:On the basis of the third edition of the international classification of sleep disorders,for chronic insomnia modern diagnostic criteria and the law of the People's Republic of China industry standard of traditional Chinese medicine,liver depression pixu(spleen deficient)criteria and inclusion criteria,syndromes treated from November 2018 to December 2019 in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital(province hospital)64 outpatients,in accordance with the standard is divided into the treatment group and control group,32 cases with wood stilbene sedative medicine syndrome differentiation in treatment group,estazolam tablets in the control group,Four weeks before and after treatment,patients in both groups were evaluated with the TCM quantified score of spleen deficiency and liver depression syndrome table,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI),Hamilton depression score and Hamilton anxiety score,and the data obtained were analyzed and processed with SPSS23.0 statistical data.Results: no cases were excluded or terminated and no adverse events occurred during the whole treatment.One case was detached from the treatment group and the control group,respectively,and the efficacy was judged by invalidity.Finally,62 cases were counted to complete the statistical analysis.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the basic data,namely gender,age,course of disease,quantitative score of TCM syndromes,PSQI score,Hamilton scale and before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The total effective rate was 83.8% in the treatment group and 77.4% in the control group(P < 0.01).In the treatment group,the total score of the TCM syndrome scale and each single index,including the sleep condition,emotional disorder,burnout,loss of appetite,loose stools,distention and fullness in the stomach and belly,etc.,were significantly better than the control group,and the scores were statistically different(P < 0.05).After treatment,the control group was better than before treatment in terms of total score,sleep condition and abdominal distension and fullness,with statistical differences(P < 0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)scores of the treatment group and the control group were better after treatment than before treatment,with statistical difference(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of daytime dysfunction and sleep quality.After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the total score of the two groups and the score of7 sleep-related factors,namely,sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction,hypnotic drugs,and sleep disorders(P < 0.05).Conclusion: both chaiqi anshen prescription and estazolam tablets can improve the sleep disorders of patients with chronic insomnia.Taking chai qi an shen fang in the improvement of chronic insomnia syndrome of spleen deficiency and liver depression is significantly better than estazolam tablets,the overall effect is better than estazolam tablets.
