| Objective:Chronic Erosive Gastritis is a common stomach disease. CEG has a high incidence in our country. Clinical manifestation as Fullness after meals,Acid reflux,Eructation,Irregular abdominal pain and other symptoms of indigestion. Diagnosis depends on gastroscopy and Gastric biopsy. The subject observes of HuangZhuYiWei Decoction on chronic erosive gastritis (symptom of spleen deficiency and stomach heat) the clinical efficacy. Further explore the principle of the prescription. Objective evaluate of its efficacy and safety. Provide the basis for clinical application.Methods:Select 60 cases which confirmed the line with "Integrative Medicine diagnosis of chronic gastritis, dialectical and efficacy standards" in the diagnostic criteria of chronic erosive gastritis and gastric endoscopy diagnosis of chronic erosive gastritis. Clinical manifestations contain bloating, eructation, bitter mouth, bad breath, poor appetite, red tongue, yellow coating, pulse string and other symptoms. Use a randomized, double-blind, parallel control experiment positive drug design. Put the patients randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and control group (n=30). TCM symptom is spleen deficiency and stomach heat. No significant differences between the two groups in gender, age, disease duration and symptom score. (P>0.05)The treatment group was treated traditional Chinese herb of HZYWD, daily,2 times for half an hour morning and evening meal. The control group was treated with tablets in the treatment of proprietary Chinese medicines Jianweiyuyang, each 4 pieces,4 times a day. For an eight week course of treatment, two patients were taking a course of treatment. After the end of treatment, observe the changes in symptoms before and after treatment, by statistics processing, compared symptom scores cure rate and total effective before and after treatment to evaluation of drug effectiveness.Results:1. After a course of treatment, compared the total efficiency and clinical cure rate of two groups. By statistics processing (X2 test), there were statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.2. Individual symptom scores improved in treatment group was better than the control group. (P<0.05)3. Gastroscopy of the treatment group was better than the control group. (P<0.05)4. No adverse reaction between two groups.5. The treatment group was lower recurrence rate than the control group. (P<0.05)Conclusions:The clinical observation showed that the traditional Chinese herb medicine HZYWD has significant effect in improving clinical symptoms and improvement of mucosal inflammation. Also in anti-recurrence was significantly higher than Jianweiyuyang film. No obvious side effects and Have a good clinical value. |
