Theory Research And Clinical Study On Lianpo Decoction Treating The Syndrome Of Dampness-heat Of Spleen And Stomach Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis

Objective:through the study of literature and theory, to investigate the relationship between syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach and gastric mucosal erosion, thus providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of gastric mucosal erosion.And observe the clinical therapeutic effect、safety of the Lianpo Decoction Treating of chronic erosive gastritis of Spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome, and to further elucidate the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease.Methods:60cases of patients were divided into two groups,30cases in each group,according to the random、control principle will meet the criteria of this study.The treatment group oral Lianpo decoction(Coptis3g,Magnolia10g, Pinellia10g, Dried tangerine peel10g, Poria15g, Agrimony15g, Coix lacryma-jobi20g Cuttlefish bone20g, Rhizoma Bletillae10g, Stir-fried millet sprout20g, Fried malt20g, Licorice root3g),150ml one time, tuo times a day; the control group was given omeprazole capsules,20mg once,2times a day.With Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection, also be the eradication of HP treatment group, two patients were treated for8weeks (1sessions), clinical symptoms, signs, submucosal manifestation of gastroscope, Hp infection were observed in two groups before and after the treatmenting and with statistical analysis.Results:comparison of clinical effection, a significant difference between treatment group and the control groups (P<0.05), the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Comparison of gastric mucosal erosion to improve the situation, the total effective rate of treatment group90%, control group76.67%, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Eradication of HP, eradication rate of treatment group81.25%, control group55.56%, there were significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01),Hp eradication treatment group was higher than that of control group.Conclusion:The Spleen-stomach damp-heat is the basic pathological factors of gastric mucosal erosion; the clinical effection of Lianpo Decoction Treatment of chronic erosive gastritis of Spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome is exact, and no adverse reactions, it may be related to anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, inhibiting Hp, promote gastrointestinal motility and enhance the gastric mucosal barrier function.
