| Objective:For chronic erosive gastritis,through syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for stomach Yin deficiency patients,observe jiajian Yigaun Decoction joint PPI(omeprazole enteric capsules)acid protecting stomach treatment with pure western medicine treatment to use in the improvement of clinical symptoms,endoscopic erosion healing effect,recurrence,and so on carries on the comparative study,to assess the effectiveness of jiajian Yigaunjian for the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Methods:Collection of wuhan Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and ward since October 2015 to May 2016,a total of 72 cases,which consistent with the diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and western medicine to chronic erosive gastritis stomach Yin deficiency syndrome differentiation standard.The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases and control group 36 cases,two groups of patients in age,gender,course and clinical syndrome had no obvious difference.Treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine medicinalbroth Jiajian Yigaun Decoction combined omeprazole enteric capsules(20 mg bid)therapy,Chinese medicine one dose a day,half an hour after breakfirst and dinner,2 weeks for a period of treatment,a total of three courses.Control group to omeprazole enteric capsules(20 mg bid)and red pat(10 mg tid)oral,2 weeks for a period of treatment,a total of three courses.Results compared two groups before and after treatment of TCM clinical syndrome curative effect,clinical comprehensive curative effect,and between the two groups after treatment under gastroscope erosive gastritis classification comparison.Results:(1)Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(Jiajian Yiguan Decoction combined omeprazole enteric capsules)clinical recovery in 16 cases,10 cases had marked effect,clinical clinical effective 8 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,clinical markedly effective rate was 72.2%,the clinical total effective rate was 94.4%;The western medicine control group(the pull azole enteric capsules and rebamipide)clinical recovery 9 cases,11 cases were markedly effective,clinical clinical effective 8 cases,ineffective in 8 cases,clinical markedly effective rate was 55.6%,the clinical total effective rate 77.78%,clinical markedly effective rate and the clinical total effective rate in treatment group were better than control group(P < 0.05).(2)system in the two groups after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with symptoms and total integral than before treatment had significant difference(P < 0.01),the treatment group and control group all can improve TCM symptoms;Two groups after treatment in patients with symptoms of TCM total score difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the TCM symptoms of total integral to improve that treatment group was obviously better than control group.(3)system in the two groups after treatment in improving the clinical symptoms were significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than control group in improving individual clinical symptoms.(4)the system random telephone 3 months after treatment,the treatment group recurrence rate was 16.7%,control group recurrence rate was 58.3%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting long curative effect in treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Jiajian Yiguanjian treat chronic erosive gastritis stomach Yin deficiency type have significant clinical therapeutic effect,clinical observation shows that it can effectively improve patient clinical syndrome,promote healing of the microscopic erosion.Especially in terms of the long-term curative effect,the utility is superior to pure western medicine group,is the effective prescription for the treatment of erosive gastritis curative effect is obvious advantages,which is worth further relevant scientific research and clinical trial. |
