Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis(Spleen And Stomach Dampness Syndrome)with Huanglian Wendan Decoction

Objective: This topic is to study the clinical efficacy and safety of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis(spleen and stomach dampness syndrome),and to further study its prescription mechanism to provide a more effective treatment plan for the clinic.To provide more effective therapeutic prescriptions for the public.Methods: 68 cases were selected that met the diagnostic criteria of chronic erosive gastritis and met the spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.All patients were from the Department of Hepatic Spleen and Gastroenterology,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: 34 in the treatment group and 34 in the control group.In the process,the treatment group fell off in 3 cases and the control group in 4 cases.The treatment group was treated with Huanglian Wendan Decoction and the control group was treated with Sanjiuweitai Granules.Take 28 days for a course of treatment and observe 1 course of treatment.The symptom changes and endoscopic findings of the enrolled patients were recorded in detail,and the differences before and after treatment were compared.After statistical analysis,the conclusions were drawn.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.32%,and the total effective rate of endoscopic efficacy was 83.87%.The total effective rate was high in the treatment of stomach cramps,food,poor appetite,mouth pain,bad breath,stool stagnation or stagnation.In the control group;no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the test.Conclusion: The results of this study show that: Huanglian Wendan Decoction for the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis(spleen and stomach dampness syndrome),in the clinical symptoms and repair of gastric mucosa,the effect is better than Sanjiuweitai granules.
