According to the syndrome Scale score, the effective rate was 93.75% in the observation group, the control group was 84.37%, and the observation group recovered markedly and significantly higher proportion, P<0.01, the difference was statistically significant. It shows that the treatment Yiqi Anshen decoction combined standing qigong is better than single Yiqi Anshen decoction in relieving heart spleen-deficiency patten-related symptoms, tongue and pulse symptom.7. Though the course of treatment, there was no adverse reaction and emergence event in both of observation group and control group. Conclusions:Both Yiqi Anshen decoction combined standing qigong and single Yiqi Anshen decoction can improve sleep quality, reducing sleep latency, longer sleep time, improve sleep efficiency, reduce sleep disturbance, reducing the use of hypnotic drugs, reducing daytime dysfunction, and relieving patients’heart spleen-deficiency patten related symptoms, tongue and pulse symptom.
