The Clinical Curative Effect Evaluation Of Qingre Lishi Pediatric Tuina Therapy For Newborn Pathological Jaundice(Shire Yuzheng Style)

Purpose: To evaluate the clinical curative effect about treatment of The newborn pathological jaundice(Shire Yuzheng style)in Qingre Lishi pediatric tuina therapy and Yin zhi huang oral liquid and intermittent blue light irradiation.Method:Will 80 patients diagnosed with neonatal pathologic jaundice(Shire Yuzheng style)patients according to the parallel comparision group menthod is divided into the control group and the treatment group.The treatment group included 41 cases and the control group included 39 cases.Before treatment,the two groups of children with sex,age,gestational age,birth weight,TCM symptoms integral,serum total bilirubin by statistical process analysis of no significant difference,comparable.Control group was given Yin zhi huang oral liquid and intermittent blue light irradiation.Treatment group was given Qingre Lishi pediatric tuina therapy and Yin zhi huang oral liquid and intermittent blue light irradiation.Both groups were given 1 times per day,continuous treatment for ten days.Ten days later,compare the traditional Chinese medicine and TCB of tow groups.Result:1.Before treatment,the patient's traditional Chinese medicine scores between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After treatment,the syndrome score of control group was(9.46±7.99),the treatment group is(4.15±5.54),the score was significantly lower than that of the former,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Before treatment,the patient's TCB scores between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the syndrome score of control group was(7.11±3.33),the treatment group is(5.19±2.21),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The tolal effective rate of two groups after statistical processing analysis of the difference between control group and treatment group.In the treatment group,32 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,the tolal rate of it was 95.12%.In the control group,22 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid,the tolal rate of it was 87.18%.No adverse events during the process of experiment.Conclusion: Qingre Lishi pediatric tuina therapy and Yin zhi huang oral liquid and intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal pathologic jaundice(Shire Yuzheng style)were exact curative,safety and easy.
