The Evaluation Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Lishi Tuina On Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation

Object:To compare the therapeutic efficacy of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc(PLID)and the difference of the biochemical indicators between traditional massage and Lishi Tuina,so as to format the technology which is suitable for promotion.MethodResearch object: since 2016 Jan to 2017 Jan,60 patients treated department of tuina of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional chinese medicine,accord the diagnostic criteria inclusion criteria,subdivided by using SPSS software,30 patients in each group.Research method:All cases are taken in tractions for 20 minutes at a time and then they are treated in groups: control group: traditional massage;treatment group: Lishi Tuina.Clinical indexes:1.Clinical curative effect observation can be evaluated by the observing the resaults of JOA score and VAS;2.The biochemical indicators: MMP-3(Matrix metalloproteinases3)and SP(Substance P).Statistical method:We can use SPSS21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of all data.t and x~2 are suitable for data analysis.ResultWe assessed the M-JOA score before and after treatment: patients in two groups are improved after treatment.the M-JOA score was also better in the treatment group than in control group.Clinical effect assement of 2 groups: Lishi Tuina: patients 30 patients good: 24 fair: 6bad: 0,good rate 80.0%,total effective rate: 100%.traditional massage: patients 30 patients good: 10 fair: 15 bad: 5,good rate 33.3%,total effective rate: 83.3%.clinical effect in Lishi Tuina are better than traditional massage.We compared the VAS score of Lishi Tuina with traditional massage before and after treatment: the improve of VAS in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Biochemical analysis: MMP-3、SP reduced evidently after treatment in two groups.there was no obvious difference in serum MMP-3 、 SP among two groups before treatment(P>0.05).there is a significant differerce in the serum content after treatment.the treatment group is superior to control group.Conclusion:In this research,the M-JOA score was also better in the treatment group than in control group.good and fair rate is 80%,effective rate is 100%.in pain VAS scores,Lishi Tuina can relieve the of lumbar and leg in patients,which is good to restore.There is a significant differerce in The biochemical indicators after treatment.the treatment group is superior to control group.Lishi Tuina can effectively relieve the waist spasm of the muscles,promote the blood circulation,improve position relations between nerveroot and localtissue,it also can be anti-inflammatory,repercussive,analgesic.
