Treatment Of Neonatal Yinzhihuang Clinical Observation Of Pathologic Jaundice

Objective:To observe Yinzhihuang treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice particles clinical effect of treatment of neonatal Yinzhihuang particles the mechanism of pathologic jaundice.Methods:A comprehensive study of literature and lessons learned from mentors to develop clinical research programs,80 patients with neonatal pathological jaundice patient inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two treatment groups and control group 42 cases 38 cases. The two groups of children with syndromes, sex, jaundice after birth, age, gestational age, birth weight, etiology, bilirubin concentrations were compared. Treatment group and control group were given-treatment group:Yinzhihuang particles+blue light+ rehydration+energy mixture; control group:Blu-ray irradiation+rehydration+energy mixture. Observe and compare the two groups and the overall level of the skin jaundice subsided time, bilirubin decline; and compare TCM, Western medicine cause of decline in bilirubin and jaundice subsided time.Results:(1) treatment group and control group were compared efficiency and total efficiency differences were statistically significant (p<0.05)(2) After treatment, serum bilirubin concentrations than the control group, higher levels of bilirubin concentrations decreased in both groups was statistically significant (p<0.05).(3) in the treatment group jaundice was shorter in the control group, the two groups was statistically significant (p<0.05).(4) group of three syndromes of TCM decreased range of higher bilirubin concentration, type steam heat was significantly depressed (P<0.05). Alpine block and two block-type blood was no significant (P> 0.05).(5) in the treatment group, the three major traditional Chinese medicine syndromes jaundice was shorter in the control group, there was significant heat steam Yu (P<0.05). Alpine block and two block-type blood was no significant (P> 0.05).(6) led to a variety of newborn jaundice causes of disease, the treatment group were higher bilirubin concentration decreased amplitude. One neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, neonatal sepsis was significantly (P<0.05), ABO hemolytic, other causes no significant (P> 0.05).(7) lead to a variety of newborn jaundice causes of disease, the treatment group were higher than the time jaundice. One neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, neonatal sepsis was significantly (P<0.05), ABO hemolytic, other causes no significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical study showed that Yin Zhi Huang treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice particles satisfactory outcome is relatively safe, side effects, give full play to facilitate the administration of traditional Chinese medicine, low cost, convenient operation and other advantages, for clinical application.
