| Objective1.Observe the curative effect of Tongfu Tiaoshu massage on neonatal pathological jaundice(damp-and-heat type),and make clear the advantage of this therapy.2.To provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of neonatal jaundice by Tongfu Tiaoshu massage,and also provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for clinical prevention of the disease.MethodsBetween July 2020 and December 2020,selected by our hospital neonatal ward hospitalized in our hospital 90 cases of neonatal pathologic jaundice,all patients into the group of children with randomness can be divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group,control group simple using conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group in the control group treatment with the method of Tongfu Tiaoshu infantile tuina treatment.Number and course of treatment:once a day for 7 days.On two groups of TCM symptoms,treatment effectiveness,jaundice faded time,hospitalization days and adverse reactions,and serum total bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,glutamic pyruvic transaminase,glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,y-glutamyl transpeptidase,phosphocreatine kinase,phosphocreatine kinase isoenzyme,lactate dehydrogenase,hypersensitive C-reactive protein levels serological indexes such as observation,and the indicators for recording,processing,analysis and evaluation.Results1.TCM syndrome scores:Compared with before treatment,the total TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the decrease difference of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Serological indicators:① Compared with before treatment,the levels of TBIL and IBIL in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the difference of TBIL and IBIL before and after treatment was significantly larger in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).②ALT,AST and γ-GT levels in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the differences of ALT,AST and γ-GT in the treatment group before and after treatment were significantly greater,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),③The levels of CK,CK-MB and LDH in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.01).There was no statisticallevel of CRP in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in CRP between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).3.Overall efficacy and adverse reactions:the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(100%vs 86.05%,P<0.05);The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(31.11%vs 11.63%,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the time required for jaundice resolution and hospital stay idifference in the decrease difference of CK,CK-MB and LDH between the two groups(P>0.05).④Then the treatment group were significantly shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,there were no adverse reactions in the control group and the treatment group.ConclusionIn the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice(damp-heat type),the effect of Tongfu Tiaoshu massage combined with conventional western medicine is remarkable.Compared with pure conventional western medicine therapy,the former in children improve TCM syndrome,improve liver function,reduce serum total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin values,improve the cure rate,overall efficiency,shorten the course of the disease,reduce hospitalization days has more excellent performance,it offers a new therapy for the treatment of neonatal pathologic jaundice,is worth in clinical promotion. |
