| Objective: To explore the traditional Chinese medicine Liu Yi Powder externally in treating the children with herpangina clinical curative effect,in order to better apply it and guide clinical practice.Method: The 90 cases of children with herpangina were randomly divided into there groups.Each group has 30 cases.All of them are given Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid to be the basic treatment.The treatment group which would be given the basic treament and Liu Yi Powder externally.The control group 1 which would be given the basic treament and Kaihoujian spray.The control groug 2 which would be given the basic treament.Observed the improvement of children’s clinical symptom with two methods in prior treatment and post-treatment.Results: The treatment group: 17 cases were cured,effective in 6 cases,markedly effective in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 86.7%;the control group 1:16 cases were cured,markedly effective in 5 cases,effective in 4 cases,the total efficiency of 83.3%;control group2: 5 cases were cured,markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 10 cases,the total efficiency of 76.7%.The treatment group compared with control group 1,all have certain cerative effect,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The treatment group,the control group 1 and control group 2,significantly better than the control group,with significant difference(p<0.05).And 1 in the control group compared with the control group of 2,a significant advantage in relieving symptoms,rapid onset of action(p<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of Liu Yi Powder externally in treating children Herpangina is distinct,and with low price,and without any toxic or side effects.Moreover parents are esay to accept.Otherwise,it provides a new safe,economic,and effective method for the treatment of children herpangina in clinical. |
