Clinical Observation Of "Houbi Poeder" In Relieving The Pediatric Herpangina In Children

Objective:Compared with the control group in curative effect,this study objective analysis and evaluation clinical effect of “Throat bi powder”.Methods:60 cases of children who accorded with inclusive criteria,using randomized controlled methods are divided into treatment group30 cases and control group 30 cases.Treat-ment group use of “Throat bi powder”treatment,one does a day,five days for a course of treatment,and does adjustments according to age,stature,body weight and so on;control group with Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid treatment,infantile in their first year should take 3ml of this medicine one time,pediatric patients aged one to five take5 ml,and the age of five children take 10 ml,three times a day,four days for a course of treatment.To bring down e fever or giving fluid infusion is necessity for the treatment.After treatment,according to Chinese medicine symptoms score standard,comparative curative effect of the two groups.Then analysis of all test with statistical software SPSS19.0,and come to a conclusion.Results:(1)The total effective power of treatment group and control group was 96.67% and83.33%.There is significant difference between the two groups respectively(P<0.05),the total effective power of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group.(2)The main symptoms:The average defervescence time of treatment group and control group was 19.48 h and 23.61 h,the average defervescence time of treatment group was obviously lower than the other,and there is significant difference between the two groups respectively(P<0.05).There was difference between two group in the therapeutic effect on pharygalgia and the local conditions pharygeal cavity(P<0.05).It shows that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the shorten defervescence time,relief pain and symptom of throat.(3)The main clinical adjoint symptoms:There was difference between two group in the improve and relieve coughs(P<0.05),and no significant difference was seen in the improve bowel between them(P>0.05).It shows that the treatment group was superior to control group in the improve and relieve coughs.However there was no difference in the improve bowel.Conclusion : The results indicate that clinical curative effect of the “Throat bi powder”in treating infantile herpangina(syndrome of superficies attracted by wind-heat)is better.The research indicate that total effective power of the treatment group ishigher.“Throat bi powder” is able to shorten defervescence time,relives pain and symptom of throat,increase appetite,and alleviate coughs has better clinical efficacy.However there was a equivalent efficacy in the improve bowel between the two groups.
