Objective To study changes of myocardial enzyme and electrocardiogram in children herpangina caused by Coxsackie virus infection and its clinical significance.Method Take 30 cases of herpangina of children whose Coxsackie virus IgG antibody titer detected by using ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) increased 4 times or more on the 3-4weeks of pothogenesy than begin, accepted by our hospital from May to October in 2010, as observation group, and 30 cases of healthy children who come to examination as the control group, do myocardial enzyme and electrocardiogram test. Myocardial enzyme and electrocardiogram (ECG) were examined routine in children herpangina when they were accepted by our hospital.Result:The results of myocardial enzyme spectrum of observation Group are higher than the control group, among that, creatine kinase (163±87.63) and creatine kinase soenzyme (33.7±22.29)are higher than creatine kinase (151.37±54.75) and creatine kinase soenzyme (151.37±54.75) of control group, and have statistical significance (p<0.01).And the abnormal rate of myocardial enzyme spectrum is higher than the control group, also has astatistical signif icance(p<0.01)Conclusion: Combining elevated Coxsackie virus IgG antibody titer with clinical manifestation can make the diagnosis of herpangina. Part of herpangina of children can have a complication-myocardial injury, and it's worthy to be pay attention by clinical doctors.
