The Clinical Observation Of Wind-heat Syndrome With Herpangina By Yinqiao Sandou Powder

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinqiao Sandou Powder in the treatment of Wind-heat Syndrome with Herpangina,summarize its therapeutic advantages,and preliminarily evaluate its efficacy and safety,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease.Methods:This study adopts the method of random and positive drug control.70 children who met the standards were selected,and the total number of cases was 84,considering the possible cases of loss,and the inclusion was expanded by 20%.Then,SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to generate random Numbers and divide them into experimental group and control group,so that the final effective children in each group were not less than 35.The experimental group was given the oral treatment of yinqiao sandou powder,and the control group was given the treatment of yinqiao jiedu granule.The efficacy was evaluated 5 days after the treatment.The changes in the score of TCM syndromes and signs,laboratory tests(WBC,LYM%,LYM,NEU%,hs-crp)before and after the treatment were observed and recorded in the two groups.Results:Among the 75 cases that actually completed the subject study,38 cases were in the experimental group,including 9 cases of clinical cure,11 cases of obvious effect,15 cases of effective effect and 3 cases of ineffective effect,with a totaleffective rate of 92.1%.In the control group,there were 37 cases,including 4 cases of clinical cure,8 cases of obvious effect,15 cases of effective effect and 10 cases of ineffective effect,with a total effective rate of 73.0%.The results showed that the total therapeutic effect of yinqiao sandou powder in the experimental group was better than that of the control group in treating wind-heat of herpetic pharyngeal isthmus by spleen syndrome,and the statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy of yinqiaosandou powder,the results show that the prescription is effective in the treatment of wind heat and spleen syndrome of herpetic pharyngeal isthmus,and can significantly improve the fever,herpes in pharyngeal isthmus,symptoms and signs of adverse swallowing in children.
