In China, many breast cancer patients in the rehabilitation who lack of scientific understanding of self management and coping strategies. In the field of medical, rehabilitation period of self management concept has long been the doctor push and attention. However, the endocrine therapy to five years in China women still has the problem of high relapse. To explore this question, this paper from the angle of product service system design, explore the breast cancer patientsinthe rehabilitation, for create a better self management service experience. At the same time, through the use of information technology and discussion to the design of mobile information terminals, build effective doctor-patient communication mode.The final purpose is to provide patients with self management information tools, and from the angle of function, emotion, experience design interventions to improve patient quality of life.The author through the desktop research on breast cancer patients' convalescence self management literature, understand the main problems of convalescence self-management, treatment, psychological problems, social problems. First, in this paper, through the Business Origami and Customer Experience Audit methods, invite users to discuss patient's disease service and value exchange contact key journey. Through that, the paperconcentrates on the research services lack serious convalescence.Secondly, through in-depth interviews and task analysis with patients, the author found problems about self-management are unequal information supply and demand, service disconnect, patients' decision-making ability, lack of follow-up, lack of monitoring, etc.Third, the author filtered through the matrix method for demand, to assess the patients in the self-management service core requirements. Through the above research methods, the paper summarized the rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer are believed to be the demand of pain management and emotional management.By designing new experience blueprint, the paper determines the core service issue. Then, through the design of mobile information terminal to verify the design strategy. Ultimately, it is in order to supply patients in the process of self management that theinformation is fluent, the record operation without barriers, the interface element is emotional.When the output of the design strategy, this paper mainly considering the particularity of the breast cancer patient population and particularity of design requirements.Because ofthe middle-aged women they are, meeting their deep emotional needs, increase the patient's sense of security and trust.Themaingoalofthepaper is built a closed-loop service framework.The author through information means of intervention to reduce waiting time of patients and doctors; By designing the interesting and effective incentive mechanism, improve the enthusiasm of self-management; To record data by extracting information, reduce the cost of reading; Through the improve function (design, records, find, and synchronous) rich self management information system.Through the design of comprehensive intervention, the paper improves doctor-patient experience, promote rehabilitation of medical experience perfect more deeply.
