Problems And Countermeasures Of Emergency Events Of Public Health Emergency In S District Of C City

At present, the great difficulty of public health care in the world is facing the public health emergencies. In recent years, public health events occur frequently in our country, improve the domestic public health situation is urgent work. With the continuous development of China’s economy, the state investment in finance, education, health and other aspects of increasing people’s livelihood has been greatly improved. Because China is a developing socialist country, financial, industrial and other sectors of the economy relationship with the dynamic changes of China’s economic development, gradual expansion of market economy, and the government will increase the fund’s investment, while ignoring the development of public health. It is worth the attention of the government that the low level of public health development causes the destruction of public health events to increase. This paper mainly studies the causes of public health emergencies, as well as the treatment measures and other issues and through the actual case to be discussed.S District local government of C city won the honor of national demonstration district of health emergencies in 2013 and earned some experience.This article taking S District local government of C city for example, starting with introducing local governments to respond to public health emergencies of urgency, analyzes and summarizes fully the current status of public health emergencies in S District local government emergency management systems and problems. Combined with the actual situation of S District, starting with countermeasures of how to enhance local government public health events emergency management capacity, proposing some suggestions, besides the promotion of health emergency management system construction, the improvement of health emergency management operation mechanism as well as supervision and evaluation mechanism, standardization of the construction of health emergency system, the establishment of investment management mechanism, etc. in order to improving public health events emergency management systems of S District local government and build a scientific, rational, rapid and effective local government public health events emergency management systems, and also mobilize fully all social forces to deal with public health emergencies. If we can do these as management systems,we can minimize injuries and deaths and at the same time losses of assets which caused by diseases and maintain normal social orders, so that we can promote society and economy developing coordinately.
