Data Research And Conclusion Of Professor Yan’s Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation

Objective With the application of the software which is named of “clinical experience collection system and data excavation system” on clinical data of Professor Yan’s diagnoses and treatments on functional constipation, data excavation has been done to analysis and summarize the drug experience of functional constipation treating and further more explore the clinical application law of six methods for the treatment of gastrointestinal to unobstructed and falling, so as to promote and guide the diagnoses and treatments on functional constipation.Method Clinical data of professor Yan’s diagnoses and treatments on functional constipation from March, 2014 to October, 2015 has been collected and organized and curative effect estimates and follow-ups to 198 patients who met the study criteria after the screening of the inclusion and exclusion criteria show that there are therapeutically effective 189 patients. Their clinical data has been dealt with unified standardization and input into clinical experience collection system to Formulate the corresponding template of functional constipation and establish clinical information databases.And then data excavation was used to obtain general information frequency distribution, the frequency of each treatment method, overall drug using and drug using of each treatment method and distribution of drug relevance. Thus to analyze and discuss the medication characteristics of the six methods for the treatment of gastrointestinal to unobstructed and falling in treating functional constipation, and summed up the law and experience.Outcome(1) The overall results of the analysis:(1) Common clinical symptoms: dry stool and difficult discharging(41.27%); dry stool(34.39%); belly fullness or pain(33.33%); stool quit, but it is intended not ranked(24.34%); bowel vector gas(23.81%); fatigue(21.69%); sweating hard earned efforts short of gas(18.52%); palpitations, shortness of breath(15.34%);(2) Clinical common tongue: Whitish pale tongue, Red tongue less fluid,Red tongue moss yellow dry, red tongue moss greasy, pale tongue moss white teeth marks, light moss white greasy tongue, red tongue moss Huang Hou;(3) A total of seven kinds of pulse: weak pulse, thready pulse, slippery pulse, pulse string, wiry pulse, pulse delay, pulse;(4) A total of 106 kinds of Chinese medicine were input and the frequency of drug using is 2982, the drugs used commonly in the treatment of functional constipation are: Purple Perilla, poria cocos, dried tangerine or orange peel, orange, peach kernel, platycladi seed, fire maren, bunge cherry seed, atractylodes, dangshen, magnolia bark, big belly skin, combination, astragalus root, fragrant, alisma, yam, white hyacinth bean, rhizoma atractylodis, rhizoma coptidis, radix bupleuri, radix scroph-ulariae, radix ophiopogonis, jade bamboo.Indicating that spleen medicine, diarrhea remedy to the case, The spleen clearing damp medicine, Nourishing fluid medicine are more common than other drugs.(2)The frequency of each methods of the six methods for the treatment of gastrointestinal to unobstructed and falling: Yi Qi for gastrointestinal to unobstructed and falling,49 times(25.93%)> Run Chang for gastrointestinal to unobstructed and falling,46 times(24.34%)>Qing Hua for gastrointestinal to unobstructed and falling,30 times(15.87%)>Li Qi for gastrointestinal to unobstructed and falling,27 times( 14.29%) > Wen Yang for gastrointestinal to unobstructed and falling,20 times(10.58%)>Qing Re for gastrointestinal to unobstructed and falling,17 times(8.99%),the methods of Yi Qi and Run Chang are more common than others.Conclusion(1) Professor Yan treated functional constipation with the main medicine of Indicating that spleen medicine, diarrhea remedy to the case, The spleen clearing damp medicine, Nourishing fluid medicine. and using the six methods for the treatment of gastrointestinal to unobstructed and falling, which made a good effect In the clinical;(2) Analysis of data excavation applied on the drugs frequency in each treatment method and drug association show us the core component of drugs in each treatment method,Characteristic of the use of drugs and the regularities of compatibility;(3)In Professor Yan’s opinion,the etiology and pathogenesis of constipation are complex, but they are all related to the regulation of Qi Xue Yin Yang in each viscera.He put forward "making the six methods for the treatment of gastrointestinal to unobstructed and falling ", and attaches great importance to the " unobstructed and falling ",So the treatments should regard the " pass down theory " of stomach as the root fit, comblining that " the six hollow organs effect when fluent and are smooth when down”, don’t forget the overall adjustment and diagnosis and treatment dialectically, with "unobstructed and falling" as the main line,pass in repair, and complementary rule,And use the method of unobstructed and falling is applied to the diagnosis and treatment of constipation,so as to restore the conduction function of large intestine;(4) The application of data excavation from TCM inheritance auxiliary software on clinical cases and exerpiences is scientific and effetive, helpful for enriching the traditional Chinese medicine theory of doctors and the inheritance of their experience, making the guiding of disease treatment more scientific and effective.
