Quality Of Life And Its Influencing Factors Of Hypertensive Renal Disease Patients Abstract

ObjectiveThis study through the European dimension health measurement scale as a means of evaluation.Analysis the level and characteristics of the quality of life in patients with hypertensive nephropathy,and to explore the interaction between the factors affecting the quality of life and the influencing factors,so as to improve the quality of life in patients with hypertensive nephropathy put forward opinions,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of hypertension nursing.The Chinese version of the Euro Qol Group'S 5-Domain 3 Level Questionnaire(EQ-5D-3L was used for the hypertension-induced renal disease patients.It's reliability and validity were analyzed by Cronbach's ? coefficient and KMO/Bartlett ball test.Their general information and laboratory examination results were collected,and correlation analysis was conducted to found out the factors that affect the quafity of life in hypertension-induced renal disease patients.ResultsThe grading VAS score of the patients with EQ-5D-3L health description system was not related to gender,and all dimensions were in mild to moderate damage,and there was no significant difference in gender.The EQ-5D scale VAS score and age,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,Cystatin C,serum uric acid,blood phosphorus metabolism,triglyceride,total cholesterol(TC),ferritin and urinary protein / creatinine were negatively correlated with hemoglobin,EGFR,serum albumin and Apo A1 was positively,has nothing to do with the platelet and blood calcium levels.The influencing factors of quality of life of patients with hypertension and nephropathy were age,economic income,blood pressure control level,activity ability,liver and kidney function,psychological factors and so on.Conclusions1 The quality of life of patients with hypertensive nephropathy is not high,anxiety and depression and action inconvenience,etc.,affect the patient's daily life.2 The main factors that affect the quality of life of COPD patients are age,income,blood pressure control,activity,liver and kidney function,psychological factors and so on.
