| aim:to investigate acupuncture and bloodletting therapy in combination with colchicine for acute gout arthritis and its effect on plasma inflammatory cytokines IL-1 beta,IL-8,application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis electro-acupuncture and pricking blood therapy with new experimental data,treatment methods and theory.Method:selected 60 cases hospital accept treatment of acute gout sex arthritis patients as research object,all patients by admitted has order for random group and number,60 cases patients random is divided into two group,treatment group(acupuncture combined drug group)and control group(drug group),each group the 30 cases patients,control group give autumn narcissus alkali tablets 0.5mg oral,each across 2 hours 1 times,each 0.5mg,24 hours not over 6mg,with to patients symptoms ease,If Gastrointestinal reactions such as diarrhea or vomiting immediately stop,in addition to group therapy in the treatment group but also for a joint electro-acupuncture and bloodletting therapy.Acupuncture points:take cezu three main point Lane,sanyinjiao and ASHI.Points:blood,song pool.How to:patients lie on your back or sit up,needle skin disinfection,rapid needle 0.25mmx40mm needle,Pierce of zusanli,sanyinjiao,blood,song pool.These points are connected after Hua Tuo SDZ-? electroacupuncture,wave power selection key stimulus,were able to withstand the strength,acupuncture time in 30 minutes,daily 1 needle,6-day cycle,punched two cycles in a row.Bloodletting mainly dominated by ASHI blood and relieve local symptoms,acute gout attack of the 1th,2 days,daily Phlebotomy 1.Respectively were observed in all patients before and after treatment of systemic and local symptoms and signs,pain assessment,blood(white blood cells),uric acid,IL-1 beta,IL-8 content changes.Results:the two groups of patients after treatment of joint pain and symptoms have significantly changed.And treatment Qian compared differences significantly,respectively in statistics Shang has meaning(P<0.01),and treatment group blood General(white cell),and hematuria acid reduced of range is greater than control group,two group compared,differences in statistics Shang has meaning(P<0.01);treatment group treatment of total effective rate significantly above control group treatment of total has efficiency,two group compared differences significantly,statistics Shang has meaning(P<0.05);two group treatment Hou are can reduced patients of IL-1 beta,and IL-8 of content,respectively and treatment Qian compared,There were statistical differences(P<0.01),and the treatment group IL-1 beta,IL-8 content was lower than in the control group,compared the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:electric needle and the bloodletting therapy combined autumn narcissus alkali tablets on hot and humid bi resistance type acute gout sex arthritis patients has improved joint pain of role,and can reduced patients of plasma inflammation factor IL-1 beta,and IL-8 content,and electric needle and the bloodletting therapy acupuncture combined autumn narcissus alkali tablets in ease joint pain,and reduce gastrointestinal road reaction and the reduced plasma inflammation factor IL-1 beta,and IL-8 content aspects are is better than simple application autumn narcissus alkali tablets,Shows that acupuncture and bloodletting therapy in combination with colchicine for acute gout arthritis can play in coordination of governance,increasing efficacy and reducing side effects and its mechanism of alleviating joint pain may be associated with reduced plasma levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-1 beta,IL-8 content. |
