Objective :The patients with primary acute gouty arthritis were treated with foot-heavy acupuncture blood therapy combined with western medicine, and the relevant indicators were measured to observe the curative effect. Methods: The subjects were all from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. From January 2018 to January 2019,patients who met the diagnostic criteria for primary acute gouty arthritis,a total of 60 patients..Randomized and controlled principles were used to classify all cases that met the diagnostic criteria for primary acute gouty arthritis into two groups,namely,30 patients in the western drug control group and 30 patients in the lancing group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-coated capsule 75mg/time,orally,once a day;9 days was a course of treatment;the treatment group was given a foot-point acupuncture treatment on the basis of drug treatment every 3 days.3 times for 1 course of treatment, both groups were treated for one course of treatment. At the end of treatment, the relevant curative effect was evaluated, and the relevant data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the foot-point acupuncture blood therapy for patients with primary acute gouty arthritis.Results:1.Before the treatment, the general data of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. There was no significant difference in gender, age and disease duration(P>0.05),which means comparable.2.After treatment, the levels of serum uric acid, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were lower than those before treatment.Treatment of both groups have effects, since the difference after treatment was significant(P<0.05).After treatments with BUA and ESR,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and the hs-CRP in the treatment group was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the scores of 20 min VAS of two groups both decreased, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups after the first and second treatments(P<0.05).4.After treatments, there was no significant difference in Cre compared to before. Also, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).5.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatments(P<0.05).6.There was no adverse reaction in the treatment group and no increase in renal dysfunction after treatment. Two patients in the control group had adverse reactions. After treatment there was one patient renal dysfunction. Conclusion:After treatment, there was improvement in different degree of the hsCRP,BUA,ESR and 20 min VAS scores of the two groups, suggesting the treat ments of both groups were effective. The treatment group was more effective, esp ecially the hs-CRP,and no adverse events occurred, and there was no patient wit h new renal dysfunction after treatment. Therefore,a single lancet therapy combi ned with western medicine is much better than only taking diclofenac sodium do uble-release enteric capsule. The advantages are high efficiency, fast onset time, good inflammation control effect and less adverse reactions, which means that w e need to pay attention to this treatment.
