A Clinical Observation Of Mongolian Mediciiiefs Bloodletting Therapy For Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective: To treat acute gouty arthritis through Mongolian medicine bloodletting therapy,evaluate its efficacy and explore its principles.Methods: 62 patients with acute gouty arthritis who met the diagnostic criteria as outpatients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group received bloodletting treatment on the first,fourth and seventh days of treatment and took Sanzisan three times a day,three grams each time.The control group took oral loxoprofen sodium dispersible tablets,60 mg three times a day.One week is a course of treatment,one course of treatment.Record the total effective rate and AGA score(joint pain,joint tenderness,joint mobility,joint swelling)of the two groups of patients and VAS indicators and laboratory test data(UA,CRP,ESR).Perform statistical analysis on spss22.0 software on the observed data.Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.3% and 76.6% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.During the treatment period,there were no adverse reactions in the treatment group.Four patients in the control group developed abdominal pain and loss of appetite.AGA score: After treatment,the AGA symptom score and the total score of the two groups were compared between the groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Within the group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).This shows that both treatments can relieve pain and swelling in the affected area,but bloodletting therapy is better than Western medicine.VAS score: After treatment,the VAS score between the two groups was statistically significant on the first day and the fourth day(P <0.05).The difference on the seventh day was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).It is statistically significant(P <0.05).It can be seen that both treatments can relieve patients' pain,but bloodletting therapy is faster than Western medicine.UA,CRP and ESR scores: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of UA CRP groups after treatment(P> 0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the ESR groups(P <0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of UA groups(P>0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of CRP ESR groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Mongolian medicine bloodletting therapy and western medicine loxoprofen sodium in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,both groups of patients have a good effect,but Mongolian medicine bloodletting therapy has the advantages of fewer side effects and more safety.Experiments have shown that bloodletting therapy releases blood and yellow water out of the body to achieve pain relief,swelling and improve joint function.Laboratory tests have shown that bloodletting therapy can reduce inflammation and relieve pain by adjusting the CRP and ESR concentration indexes in the body.In general,bloodletting therapy is a kind of fast curative effect with few side effects,and it can effectively treat acute gouty arthritis,which is for clinical treatment reference.
