Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Therapy In The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis With Damp-heat Syndrome

OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the clinical symptoms and signs of acute gouty arthritis and the results of laboratory-related examinations by acupuncture combined with Resin Qing granules,and then to make objective evaluation of efficacy,explore more effective treatment methods,and treat acute gout for Chinese medicine.Sexual arthritis provides a reference and clinical basis.METHODS: During the period from February 2017 to August 2018,60 patients with acute gouty arthritis were selected from the outpatient department of Rheumatology or hospitalized Department of Hankou Hospital of Wuhan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group by numbering and referring to random number table.The control group was given orally Rebiqing granules: one bag,boiled water,three times a day;loxoprofen sodium tablets(Lesone,Shanghai First and Third Pharmaceuticals)Co.,Ltd.,60 mg x 20 tablets/box).One tablet,three times a day,a course of 7 days.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Quchi,Yinlingquan as the main points,Taibai,Neiting,Sanyinjiao,Xuehai,Fenglong,Yangchi,Ashi and other points were selected to obtain qi.After one course of treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs(TCM symptoms),VAS pain score,blood uric acid(UA),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)andC-reactive protein(CRP)levels were observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Statistical methods were used to analyze the laboratory data and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the drug,so as to draw relevant conclusions.result:1:Symptoms and signs score comparison: After treatment,the two groups of symptoms and signs score were lower than before,the differe nce between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Sug gestions: Both groups can effectively alleviate the symptoms of acute go uty arthritis and improve the signs,but in terms of curative effect,the t reatment group is better.2:VAS Pain Score comparison: After treatment,the VAS pain scor e of both groups decreased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results showed that the two groups can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of the disease,but in terms of the degree of relief,compared with the control group,the tre atment group was more obvious.3:Comparison of laboratory indicators:(1)Comparison of serum uric acid: After treatment,there were di fferences in intra-group comparison.There was no significant difference b etween the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)Erythrocyte sedimentation rate comparison: after treatment,the re were significant differences between groups(P < 0.05);(3)C-reactive protein comparison: after treatment,there were sign ificant differences between groups(P < 0.05);the results showed that b oth groups could effectively improve the levels of serum uric acid,eryt hrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein in patients with acute gouty arthritis,compared with the control group.The control group,the treatment group in improving erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactiveprotein role is better.4:The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and63.33% in the control group.It can be seen that the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).The results showed that the treatment group had better clinical e fficacy.5: Adverse reactions: Both groups had normal blood routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment.One patient in the contr ol group had slight gastric discomfort,and the symptoms were relieved after rest and taking warm boiled water.There were no related adverse reactions in the treatment group.in conclusion:1.Acupuncture and related drugs(Rebiqing Granules,Losoprofen S odium Tablets)can effectively treat acute gouty arthritis in the same bas ic nursing(braking rest,diet control,avoiding inducements).2 Acupuncture can improve the main symptoms and signs of patie nts with acute gouty arthritis more effectively than drug therapy alone(Rebiqing Granule,Losoprofen Sodium).Both groups can effectively improve laboratory indicators(UA,ES R,C-reactive protein).4 Acupuncture can effectively treat acute gouty arthritis for clinical reference.
