The Clinical Effects Of Acupoint Injection Of Chuankezhi Injection On COPD In Stable Phase Based On Tonifying Kidney

ObjectiveObservation for the influence of Chuankezhi injection(CKZ)in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients in stable phase with both lung and kidney deficiency syndrome of lung function,BODE index,traditional chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,and COPD Assessment Test(CAT)score,to scientifically evaluate the efficiency of Chuankezhi injection on COPD in stable phase bsed on tonifying kidney.MethodsComplying with the inclusion criteria of 64 patients with COPD,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment cycle was 9 months.The control group was treated with basal regulaer western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with routine western medicine and Chuankezhi injection.The changes of lung function,BODE index score,traditional chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and CAT score before and after treatment were observed.Results1.There were no statistically significant difference in the baseline data including gender,age,height,clinical severity classification of COPD,lung function,BODE index,TCM syndrome score,CAT score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).2.The effect on lung function: After treatment,the index of FEV1/FVC,FVC%pred,FEV1%pred in the experimental group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the lung function of the experimental group was significantly improved.There was no significant difference in FEV1/FVC,FVC%pred,and FEV1%pred between the control group and those before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference(score after treatment minus baseline)in the changes of lung function data between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).The effect on BODE index:The BODE index of patients in the experimental group decreased significantly after treatment than that in the control group(P <0.05).3.The effect on TCM syndrome score: There was significant difference in the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.The symptom of expectoration scores of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The symptom of breathless and cough scores were no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).4.The effect on CAT score: After treatment,the CAT score were lower than before treatment in both groups.There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Laboratory indicators: There was no significant difference in laboratory safety indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionUnder the theoretical guidance of tonifying kidney method,the treatment of Chuankezhi injection has a certain comprehensive effect in improving the lung function,improving the body state,alleviating clinical symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients with lung and kidney deficiency in the stable stage of COPD.
