Observation Scale score changes, and statistical analysis.Result:Through observation of the patients before treatment, after the situation analysis,two groups of FSS score was are reduced, the FSS and mild moxibustion combined with acupuncture group score reduction of more than ordinary acupuncture group,comparison between the two way significant differences(P < 0.01);Two groups of SS-QOL scale score was all the energy was increased, and the mild moxibustion combined with acupuncture lower amplitude is greater than the ordinary acupuncture group, the comparison between the two way significant differences(P < 0.01), the difference was statistically significant.The two groups after treatment of stroke the total effective rate of fatigue: mild moxibustion combined with acupuncture group was 96.7%, the conventional acupuncture group was 96.7%, comparison between the two groups of efficient groups(P > 0.05), no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The results above show that the mild moxibustion combined with acupuncture can reduce the PSF patients FSS scale scores, increased energy SS-QOL scale scores, and better than conventional acupuncture, can effectively improve the symptoms of fatigue in patients with PSF, better clinical efficacy. And this method is simple, easy to operate,worthy of clinical application.
