Clinical Observation On Acupuncture And Moxibustion Of "Invigorating Spleen And Regulating Qi" In Treating Mild And Moderate Post-stroke Depression Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion of "invigorating spleen and regulating Qi" on mild and moderate Post-stroke depression of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods:A total of 60 patients with mild and moderate Post-stroke depression with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.According to the order of visit,they were divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups received general basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with wheat grains moxibustion of "invigorating spleen and regulating qi".Zhongwan,Zhangmen(double),Zusanli(double),Yin lingquan(double),Qihai,Sanyinjiao(double),Danzhong,Hegu(double)and Taichong(double)were selected for acupuncture.Spleen shu(double),Weishu(double),Zhongwan,Qihai,Zusanli(double)were selected for wheat grain moxibustion.The above treatments were given three times a week,respectively on Monday,Wednesday,Friday,1 week as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of 12 treatment;Patients in the control group were treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablets once a day,50 mg each time for 4 weeks.Two groups of patients were evaluated by TCM Syndrome scale,24 Hamilton Depression scale and ADL scale before and 4 weeks after treatment.The statistical software SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,HAMD-24 score and ADL score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups of base-lines are balanced and comparable.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment:The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that both groups could improve the TCM syndromes of mild and moderate Post-stroke depression of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome.4.Comparison of HAMD-24 scores before and after treatment:The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that both groups could improve depressive symptoms.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the depression degree of the patients with post-stroke depression.5.Comparison of ADL scores before and after treatment:The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that both groups could improve activities of daily living of the patients.There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving activities of daily living of patients with post-stroke depression.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion of "invigorating spleen and regulating Qi" and oral sertraline hydrochloride tablets can improve the TCM syndromes,depression and activities of daily living of patients with mild and moderate post-stroke depression of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.And the former is better than the latter.
