Umbilical Therapy Combined With Acupuncture For The Treatment Of Fatigue After Stroke

Objective:In this preliminary study,we found that navel therapy can relieve fatigue after stroke.Based on the secondary prevention and basic treatment,we set up experimental navel therapy combined with acupuncture and simple acupuncture group and simple navel therapy group.To clarify the efficacy of navel therapy in clinical treatment of post-stroke fatigue,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of post-stroke fatigue and increase the efficiency of rehabilitation treatment.Methods:This study selected 90 post-stroke fatigue patients who met the inclusion criteria and were randomly divided into control group 1(simple acupuncture group),control group 2(simple umbilicus group)and treatment group(conventional acupuncture +navel therapy).Group),30 patients in each group,acupuncture group selected Baihui,Yintang,Shenmeng,Taixi,Taichong,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,etc.,and used dialectical distribution points for treatment;navel treatment group was given to isolates Moxibustion was treated with navel;the treatment group was given navel therapy on the basis of acupuncture group.All three groups were treated once a day,six times a course of treatment,followed by one day of rest and then the next course of treatment for a total of four courses,using a randomized controlled study method,using a fatigue severity scale(FSS),facial rating scale(NRS-FRS and ADL were used for clinical observation and curative effect evaluation before and after treatment.All patients were observed by a single doctor,and scores were recorded to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with umbilical moxibustion.After the end of the score on the patient for statistical analysis and analysis of the results.Results:1.Comparison of baseline indicators: Statistical analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,duration of disease,TCM differentiation,risk factors,and pretreatment indicators between the three groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of total effective rate: The umbilical therapy group combined with acupuncture treatment group,simple umbilical therapy group,and simple acupuncture group are effective in relieving patients' fatigue and improving the quality of life ofpatients.The total effective rate of umbilical therapy combined with acupuncture treatment group is 86.7.%,significantly higher than the acupuncture group(63.3%)and navel treatment group(47.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).3,FSS score scale: the three groups after treatment within the group compared FSS score,NRS-FRS score were lower than before treatment,ADL scale score higher than before,and P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;two groups of treatment The comparison of FSS scale scores and NRS-FRS scores in the latter group was lower than in the control group.The ADL scale treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).All three groups had improved patient fatigue.The role of daily living ability increased,but navel therapy combined with acupuncture treatment was more effective than simple acupuncture group and simple navel drug moxibustion group in reducing patient fatigue and improving the daily living ability of patients.
