Objective:To observe the effect of method of mild moxibustion on GanQiYuJie syndrome and QiZhiTanYu syndrome of Post-stroke depressionMethods:60GanQiYuJie syndrome patients and60QiZhiTanYu syndrome patients were randomly divided into experimental groups of GanQiYuJie (30cases) and control groups (30cases), and experimental groups of QiZhiTanYu (30cases) and control groups (30cases), respectively. Four groups received the conventional treatment of stroke and psychological guidance, and both experimental groups were gived mild moxibustion based on traditional Chinese medicine dialectical acupoints for once a day, and both control groups gived Fluoxetive Hydrochloride Capsule20mg once a day. All four groups were assessed curative effect with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) and Modified the Scandinavian Stroke Scale(MESSS) before treatment, and2and four weeks after treatment.Result:For GanQiYuJie syndrome patients assigned to be treated by mild moxibustion and by Fluoxetive Hydrochloride Capsule, the cure rate was43.3%in the mild moxibustion treatment group, and the total effective rate was86.7%, while they were23.0%and73.3%in the control group, respectively. There were remarkable differences on the cure rate between two groups (P<0.05), but there were no differences on the total effective rate between two groups (P>0.05), and there were remarkable differences on the HAMD Rating Scale (P<0.01) and the MESSS Rating Scale between two groups (P<0.05). In similarly, for QiZhiTanYu syndrome patients, the cure rate was40.0%in the treatment group, and the total effective rate was83.3%, while they were16.7%and70.0%in the control group, respectively. There were remarkable differences on the cure rate between two groups (P<0.05),but there were no differences on the total effective rate between two groups (P>0.05), and there were remarkable differences on the MESSS Rating Scale between two groups (P<0.05), but there was no differences on the HAMD Rating Scale (P>0.05). There were no differences on the HAMD Rating Scale (P>0.05) between GanQiYuJie syndrome patients and QiZhiTanYu syndrome patients who were assigned to be treated by mild moxibustion, there were no differences on the MESSS Rating Scale between two groups (P>0.05)Conclusions: 1.The finding indicates that mild moxibustion for post-stroke depression of GanQiYuJie syndrome has better effect than oral antidepressant drug treatment on depression, waking, pessimism and improving the patient’s neurological rehabilitation.2.The finding indicates that mild moxibustion for post-stroke depression of QiZhiTanYu syndrome has the same effect with oral antidepressant drug treatment on depression, waking, pessimism, but it could significantly improve the patient’s neurological rehabilitation.3. The finding indicates that the mild moxibustion for Post-stroke depression of GanQiYuJie syndrome has the same effect with that of QiZhiTanYu syndrome.4.The finding indicates that mild moxibustion for Post-stroke depression is right and curative affirmed, improving the patient’s depression, neurological rehabilitation, reducing complication occurance and the patient’s pain, enhancing the quality of the patient’s life. The mild moxibustion for Post-stroke depression is more safe, convenient and has less negative consequence than Fluoxetive Hydrochloride Capsule.
