Mild Moxibustion Double Zusanli Acupuncture Auxiliary Curative Effect Observation Of Treatment Of Pneumonia Correlation Stroke

Objective:By observing the mild moxibustion intervention in the treatment group and simple drug group of stroke associated pneumonia(SAP)clinical curative effect,evaluation of mild moxibustion double parapodum three mile for adjuvant treatment of stroke associated pneumonia,provide a cure for the disease clinical optimization scheme,shortening the period of the use of antibiotics,reduce the use of antibiotics.Methods: This topic according to diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,excluding standard SAP patients,40 cases were collected to meet the requirements of cases were from the second affiliated hospital of anhui medical university of outpatient and ward,all patients according to the condition to give control of blood pressure,adjusting blood sugar,blood lipid,anti-infection treatment.Will conform to the standard according to random number table method of 40 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 20 people.Based treatment,two groups of patients were to add mild moxibustion treatment group on the basis of the double parapodum three mile treatment,the control group only for foundation treatment,10 days for a period of treatment,treatment of two consecutive period of treatment.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM symptom scores,clinical symptoms and signs,the WBC,CRP and PCT,chest is slice indicators of change,such as analysis to determine the clinical curative effect,observation of clinical adverse events occurred at the same time.Results: 1.40 patients were included in the experiment,the experiment without shedding patients.2.The basic situation of two groups of patients before treatment there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),two groups of comparable;3.After 1 course of treatment,two groups of TCM symptom scores were lower than before(P < 0.05),there is also a difference is compared between two groups(P < 0.05),after 2 courses of treatment of TCM symptom score in two group were significantly lower(P < 0.01),earlier comparison between the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.01).4.After 1 course of treatment,two groups of the WBC,CRP and PCT before the treatment have obvious difference(P < 0.05);Comparison between groups also have obvious difference(P > 0.05).Two groups after treatment 2 period of treatment the WBC,CRP and PCT than before treatment had significant difference(P < 0.01);The comparison between groups had significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusions:Treatment group and control group in treatment of SAP are effective,the treatment group than the control group is obvious curative effect,can improve symptoms,reduce the use of clinical antibiotics,prolong the life of patients and improve the quality of life.
