Shenque Moxibution Can Effect On Post-stroke Fatigue In Varying Degrees

Objective:The study found that,in the early stage of the preliminary experiments Moxibustion has improving effects on fatigue patients after cerebral stroke on which basis,it further explore the effects of PSF Resulted from the treatment of Shenque moxibustion deeply;through the comparison and research between diffetent dimensios of fatigue(psychological,physiological,social)caused by Shenque Moxibustion and common acupuncture used for the treatment of stroke,it is clear that "Shenque therapy" has significant effect on fatigue after stroke,and attempts to expound its possible mechanism.Methods:60 patients,suffering from the fatigue after the stroke will be studied in this topic,who is accorded with the inclusive criteria,devided into 2 groups,given the Shenque Moxibustion treatment and Ordinary acupuncture treatment.No patients shedded during the treatment.Pretherapy and post-treatment,it is scored by FSS,FAI,ADL,and adopted the statistical software SPSS20.0 for data analysis.Result:1.The score of FSS,FAI of the patients from two groups were decreased compared with pretherapy(P<0.01),with statistical significance.The overall scores of ADL were significantly increased,(P<0.01)compared with pretherapy,with statistical significance as well.It suggests that two kinds of treatment all can improve the degree of fatigue of PSF patients.2.There's no difference between two groups in FSS,FAI,ADL(P>0.05)compared with each other,the difference between two groups in FSS,FAI,ADL(P<1.01)compared with each other,with significance.This shows Group Shenque can better improve the PSF fatigue than Groip Acupuncture.Conclusion:1.By a statistical comparison of FSS,FAI,ADL-pretherapy and post-treatment,thesis suggests that Shenque Moxibustion did improve the degree of fatigue on PSF patients.2.At the same time,the datas of the topic on FSS,FAI provides reference methods for quantitative assessment.3.Shenque Moxibustion is an effective method for treatment of fatigue after stroke and a simple,effective and economic treatment for PSF patients.
