Objective To analyze and compare epidemiological charac- teristics of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in emergency regional of Nanchang integrated service-oriented and service-oriented hospital.Methods 1804 Patients with cardiovascular disease were collected from 1 January to 31 December 2014 in 94 Hospital emergency room of People's Liberation Army(integrated services model, the observation group) and 267 cases from 334 hospital in Nanchang(regional service type, the control group).The time of admission, diagnosis and individual characteristics were analyz by epidemiological. Results From the gender composition,the observation group were more women than men, more men than women in the control group in cardiovascular disease. Patients with cerebrovascular disease in two groups were no gender differences. From the spectrum of disease, whether it is cardiovascular disease or cerebrovascular disease, the two groups were statistically significant differences in disease spectrum constitution. In patients with cardiovascular emergency of two groups, maximum number of hospitalizations in the observation group were in the 76-85 generation, the control group in the 66-75 generation, age distribution difference was statistically significant between two groups( ? 2 = 29.693, P <0.001);cerebrovascular disease among the two groups,maximum number of hospitalizations in the observation group were in the 66-75 generation, the control group in the 56-65 generation, comparison of two groups showed significant difference(?2 =39.938;P<0.001,?2=151.147,P<0.001);In patients with cardiovascular emergency of two groups, the largest number of admissions months are September, the minimal number of admissions are November,there were no significant difference between two groups(?2 = 9.901, P = 0.539);cerebrovascular emergency patients in both groups, most hospital admissions are September, the lowest number of admissions were in November, hospitalized month of two groups were no significant difference(?2 = 0.847; P = 1.000).The largest number of admissions time was at 21:00, the less number of admissions time was throughout the period of 2-7 points. Conclusion There are some differences in thespectrum of disease, gender and age,composition for patients with emergency cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, but month and time of patients during emergency are similar in two different types of hospitals.
