The Spectrum Of Disease And Study Of Distribution Characteristics Of Urumqi Pre-hospital First Aid Patients In 2011-2015

Objective: To know the epidemiological characteristics and spectrum of disease of Urumqi pre-hospital care patients in 2011-2015 is helpful the relative governmental departments to provide pre-hospital emergency medical system and security system.Methods: To retrieved 2011-2015 all alarm data and patient medical history information from Urumqi the emergency medical dispatch center dispatching system database,disease was coded using ICD-10.From statistical yearbook to Urumqi population obtained,to overall calculation of pre-hospital emergency patient morbidity and the top five constituent ratio.The simple gray model GM(1,1)was adopted to predict the amount and the trend of emergency services demanded.Results: Pre-hospital incidence of illness were1 880.92/105,1 821.23/105,1 796.94/105,1 846.74/105,1 930.36/105 in 2011-2015.The incidence of male 2 167.42/105 was significantly higher than that of female 1 521.68/105.The incidence of Uighur were 2 038.80/105,the incidence of Han were 2 001.88/105.the incidence of Kazak were 1 164.48/105.The top 5 diseases were trauma,cardiovascular disease,poisoning,nerve system diseases and respiratory diseases respectively,Trauma concentrated in July and August,Cardiovascular disease in April and May the most,Poisoning in November,December and January the most.In the past 5 years,a total number of 1 270 980 emergency calls were got through,244 959 cases obtained the emergency medical service.The rate of emergency effective vehicle dispatching,termination service and rescue were 18.78%,16.05%,86.17% respectively.The predictive results of 2016-2018 showed the emergency calls and emergency vehicle dispatching were in the increasing trend.Conclusion: During the past 5 years,the spectrum of pre-hospital emergency disease in Urumqi revealed the characteristics with increasing trend ofincidence,high incidence of male and Uygur,improving the rate of rescuer and decreasing rate of termination.The valid emergency vehicle dispatching and the emergency calls of2016-2018 possibly kept elevating.More efficient and rational allocation of the emergency medical service station should be planned by the health administrative departments,and high level of training policy for the staff should be adopted to improve the rescuer rate,so as to supply the high quality and efficient emergency service for Urumqi residents.
