At present, the medical industry diversified, medical and health services to the development of a multi-level direction, health human resources in the hospital will become the key factor to realize the sustainable development of hospital. Z hospital as a University Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Province, in the years of the development process, the problems of human resource management has gradually become the key problem to realize the further development of hospital. SWOT analysis as to the future development of analysis method with good planning function of the hospital, hospital can effectively points out future development environment and the existence of the advantages and disadvantages of conditions, and the opportunity and threat factors. This article launches the analysis of factors of Z hospital, including the configuration and structure of health human resources, talent team construction, talents loss situation, found out the existing problems. Analysis of the advantages and the health human resource in the Z in the development of hospital weaknesses, opportunities and threats, proposes the Z hospital strategic choice to further strengthen health human resources management, planning to provide reference for future Z hospital.First of all, this article discusses that from the human resources recruitment, training of human resources, the allocation of human resources and human resources selection four aspects analyzes the present situation of human resource management of Z hospital, on the basis of the existing problems is pointed out, include:(1) the existence of management idea and the management system problem(2) the existence of staff management issues(3) existing employee selection recruitment problems(4) the existence of the performance management problems and staff training issues.Secondly, with the aid of SWOT matrix, this article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Z hospital, opportunities and threats, so as to put forward the strategy of combination:(1) the SO strategy: strengthening the construction by means of bid, the use of the advantages and speed up the development of health care.(2)The ST strategy: create conditions, the introduction of high-level talents; optimize the employment environment, reduce the loss of personnel.(3) The WO strategy: introduction and training talent improve the configuration and structure of personnel; change ideas, strengthen talent team construction;(4) the WT strategy: optimizing the allocation of human resources and structure; strengthen the talent team construction, to attract talents.Finally, this article draw support from the SWOT analysis and strategic choice on the basis of this study and puts forward some countermeasures for improving human resource management in Z include: Innovation of hospital management system, straighten out the relationship between the University and the hospital; to establish the strategic human resource management concept, the establishment of strategic human resource management mode; innovation of human resource management system, such as optimize the health personnel according to the structure, can post matching, the establishment of assessment and incentive and reward and punishment system, establish and perfect the talent training mechanism, design of employee career management etc.
