| Objective: This thesis discusses the efficiency and security of the treatment by observing the clinical effects of JieYuHuaYu Decoetion in order to provide convincing evidence for traditional Chinese medicine therapy in post-stroke depression.Method: 60 patients of post-stroke depression were randomly divided in to 2 groups in this research 30 cases in control group were treated wit hFluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules and the others in treatment group w-ere treated with JieYuHuaYu Decoetion.Before and after treatment,cl i-nical efficiency and security were compared on in terms of Hamilton's D-epression Scale,Scandinavian Stroke Scale,activity of daily living s-cale and TCM symptom score were compered.Results:(1)The comparison of clinical effect: the total efficiency was 83.33% in treatment group and 70% in control group.To compare the total effective rate of two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group effect was better than the control.(2)Hamilton's Depression Scale and Activity of daily living scale of both groups were declined after treatment.By contrast,the difference was no significance in Statistics(P>0.05).Note: these two methods and the treatment efficiency was equal.(3)After treatment,neurological deficit scale and TCM symptom score of two groups has dropped,two groups of comparisons had the significance difference(P<0.05).Note:It's shows that the two groups can improve neural function and TCM symptoms in patients with post-stroke depression defects,while the efficiency in treatment group is superior to that of control group.(4)The analysis of adverse reaction and security: there was no unhealthy response and unusual occurrence of safety index in treatment group in the process of research.This result indicates that therapy of Jie YuHuaYu Decoetion for post-stroke patients is of higher security than traditional method without harmful side effects.Conclusion: JieYuHuaYu Decoetion for post-stroke depression patients has distinct therapeutic effect and clinical value without side effect. |
