Manic Depression, Clinical Observations, Treatment Of Stroke Of The Wake Soup

Objective: To observe the effect of Diankuangmengxing decoction in treating patients with post-stroke depression (PSD).Methods: Selected 60 cases outpatient and inpatient diagnosis of patients with PSD. With randomly assigned,these patients were divided into treatment and control groups for clinical observation. Treatment group with "Diankuangmengxing decoction" using pure Chinese medicine treatment , Controls were treated with "Jieyu pills". Treatment efficacy was evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), side effects were recorded. Compared with two groups of patients after treating 30 treatment days the clinical curative effects.Results:1. After 30 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than the total effective rate of the control group.2. After 30 days of treatment, the score evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) of the treatment and control groups both reduce remarkably ,and the total obviously effective rate of the treatment group with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) is significantly better than the total obviously effective rate of the control group.Conclusion: The effect of Diankuangmengxing decoction in treating patients with post-stroke depression (PSD)is more remarkable.
