Clinical Observation Of Kaiyu Jianzhong Decoction In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression With Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Kaiyu Jianzhong Decoction in treating post-stroke depression(liver depression and spleen deficiency).Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,among the inpatients and outpatients of the Yueyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,eligible post-stroke depression patients were selected and Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases each.All the included patients were given basic stroke treatment.The control group was treated with Venlafaxine Hydrochloride.The treatment group was treated with Kaiyu Jianzhong Decoction.Record the basic information of each patient's name,age,course of disease,etc.the score of Hamilton Depression Scale(HDRS),TCM syndrome score Scale,Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and safety indicators before and after treatment in both groups.Based on these items,to expound the clinical efficacy and safety of Kaiyu Jianzhong Decoction by performing data statistics and analysising with SPSS24.0 software.Result:There were 66 cases in this study:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,and the score of TCM syndrome score scale,HDRS and ADL before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable;2.The score of TCM syndrome score scales and HDRS decreased and the score of ADL increased after treatment between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant,proving that Kaiyu Jianzhong Decoction and venlafaxine can effectively improve TCM syndrome,depressive symptoms and activities of daily living,At the same time,the comparison between the two groups showed that Kaiyu jianzhong decoction was better than venlafaxine(P<0.05);3.The total effective rates of improving TCM syndromes and depressive symptoms of post-stroke depression(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome)were 94.1%and 94.1%in Kaiyu Jianzhong Decoction,81.2%and 93.7%in the control group.Through comparison between the two groups,it is suggested that Kaiyu jianzhong decoction is better than venlafaxine in improving TCM syndromes and depressive symptoms on the basis of routine treatment of stroke(P<0.05);4.There was 1 case of mild diarrhea(2.9%),1 case of dry mouth,2 cases of constipation and 1 case of anorexia in the control group.The above adverse events disappeared within 1 week.At the same time,the safety indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,indicating that the two intervention methods were relatively safe and reliable(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kaiyu Jianzhong Decoction can safely and effectively improve the TCM syndromes and depression symptoms of post-stroke depression patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,and promote the recovery of activities of daily living.
