Objective:Use Literature Review,Expert Meeting and Delphi Method to understand the pr esent situation of specialty nurse,at home and abroad.Based on the training mode in developed countries,such as America and Singapore,and combined with the the exis ting problems of specialty nurse in Shanghai to expand research.The training and m anagement scheme of specialty nurse in Shanghai should contain Job descriptions(a ccess standards,job capacity,performance appraisal,etc.),Use and management(go vernment,professional academic organization,hospital,department,etc.),Training syste m(specific nursing field setting,curriculum setting,accreditation,etc.).Provide a th eoretical basis for government to make long-term mechanism for training and mana ging specialty nurse,and provide a guidance reference for medical institutions.Methods:1.Literature Review:Through literature review,using the China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Pub Med retrieval syst em,Medline,Wang Fang Data,Vip Database and Internet to search literature related t o the study.And search official data from in government agencies and academic co mmunities.understand the current situation of training specialty nurses,at home and a broad and analyze the main problem in Shanghai.Then develop an outline for exper ts meeting and make out a framework of training and management scheme of spe cialty nurse in Shanghai.2.Expert Meeting:Based on principles of representative,universality and authorit y,choose experts in hospital management,nursing management,nursing education an d clinical care to attend the expert meeting.According to the results of expert meeti ng,make out a draft of training and management scheme of specialty nurse in Sha nghai.3.Expert Meeting:Based on principles of representative,universality and authorit y,choose experts in hospital management,nursing management,nursing education an d clinical care to attend the expert meeting.According to the results of expert meeti ng,make out a draft of training and management scheme of specialty nurse in Sha nghai.Results:1.Through Literature Review,understood the present situation of specialty nurse,a t home and abroad,and made an in-depth analysis of the main problems in the pr ocess of specialty nurses in China.Made out a framework of training and manage ment scheme of specialty nurse in Shanghai.The framework included 3 first-level di mensions,12 second-level dimensions,45 third-level dimensions,and several Indicato rs and elements2.Through Expert Meeting,selected 11 experts in Shanghai to discuss the struc ture and the main content of the framework of training and management scheme o f specialty nurse in Shanghai.There were 16700 words after transcribing audio files into text.By reading,analysis,reflection,classification and extraction,drew 3 first t heme,10 second themes.combined with expert advice,to adjust the frame content,a nd made out the draft of training and management scheme of specialty nurse in Sh anghai.3.Through Delphi Method,selected a total of 13 experts to demonstrate the scie ntificity,feasibility and practicability of the draft of training and management scheme of specialty nurse in Shanghai.Used Likert's 5 levels score method to grade the i mportance of dimensions,indicators and elements.The analysis results showed that th e experts are active and representative,ensured the reliability and accuracy of the r esults.According to the results of two expert consultation,adjust the draft.Finally,m ade out the training and management scheme of specialty nurse in Shanghai which contained 3 first-level dimensions,16 second-level dimensions,50 third-level dimens ions,and 168 Indicators and elementsConclusions:The study used Literature Review,Expert Meeting and Delphi Method to unders tand the present situation of specialty nurse,at home and abroad.And make an in-de pth analysis of the main problems in the process of specialty nurses in China.made out the training and management scheme of specialty nurse in Shanghai which has good feasibility and scientificity.Provide a theoretical basis for government to make long-term mechanism for training and managing specialty nurse,and provide a guid ance reference for medical institutions.Due to time reasons,we have not validated t he scheme.The next step is a plan that the Shanghai Institute of Nursing as the central planners to implement and verify the scheme by using Action Research Method.
