As the rapid development of society and economy,the people pay more attention to the quality of life and health.The professional nursing ability of paramedic is especially important for it can meet the diverse and multi-level health needs of patients,on the other side,it can provide safe,high quality,patient-satisfied services.As the core group to ensure and promote the development of hospital,the comprehensive quality of nurses is the main factor that influences the physical and mental health of patients and the quality and efficiency of hospital service.Systematic and systematic training management is the most effective way to develop paramedic human resources and accomplishment.Therefore,it is of great significance to further explore the training management of nurses for improving the level of clinical nursing in hospital.Based on the research of training management at home and abroad,through in-depth interviews and questionnaire design,this paper takes F hospital's nurses as the research object,comprehensively studies the development of F hospital and the current situation of nursing human resources,investigates and summarizes the problems existing in nurse training management.The problems include the lack of in-depth training needs analysis,detailed training plan,reasonable training curriculum and effective training evaluation.On this basis,it further analyzes the reasons of the problems in F hospital nursing training management and puts forward strategies to improve the efficiency of nurse's training management,such as using the training needs analysis,reasonable training plan,improve the training curriculum system,strengthening the training effect evaluation.This article further Puts forward A series of supporting measures to improve the effectiveness of nursing training and ensure the realization of F hospital strategic goals.These proposals include further strengthening the leadership's emphasis on nursing training,improving the regulations in nursing training,establishing learning organization within the hospital,strengthening the development of the hospital internal training resources,and improving the performance incentive mechanism.Training management is very important for the organization.This paper analyzed the nursing training in F hospital,which can discount the common problems faced by other organizations and provide reference for other organizations' training management improvement.
