Research On The Construction Of ICU Specialist Nurse Training Scheme Based On General System Theory

Objective:In view of the present situation of ICU specialist nurse training,a more complete,systematic and scientific training scheme is formulated based on post competence theory and general system theory,which provides an effective reference for ICU specialist nurse training.Methods:(1)Literature method:to understand the research status of ICU specialist nurse training at home and abroad,on the basis of theoretical research,based on post competence theory and general system theory,the theoretical framework of ICU spe-cialist nurse training program;(2)German and Philippine expert consultation:using German and Philippine expert consultation method to carry out two rounds of expert consultation for 17 experts,.Finally,the training scheme of ICU specialist nurses was determined,and the index weight was calculated by expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Results:The main results are as follows:(1)the construction principle of this resear-ch standard is formed,and the theoretical framework of ICU specialist nurse training program is constructed.(2)the effective questionnaire recoveries of the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation method were 89.47%and 100%,respectively.on the who-le,the enthusiasm of experts was high;The expert authority coefficient(Cr)of the fir-st round is 0.83,and the expert authority coefficient of the second round is 0.89,which indicates that the authority degree of this study is high.The results were reliable.Inthesecond round,the importance overall coordination coefficient of Delphi expert consultation index is 0.144,the maneuverability overall coordination coefficient is 0.194,the P value is all<0.005,which indicates that the expert opinion tends to be consistent,and the degree of consistency of the standard content identity is high.In the second round of expert consultation,the coefficient of variation of the importance of each index is between 0.00 ? 0.23,the coefficient of variation of maneuverability is between 0.05 ? 0.30,the average range of importance is between 4.29 and 5.00,and the average value of maneuverability is between 3.82 and 5.00.The average value of assignment was more than 3.5 and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.25.the training program of ICU specialist nurses was finally determined,including 5 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 44 third-level indicators.Conclusions:(1)the structure and content of ICU specialist nurse training scheme based on general system theory and post competence theory are reasonable;The inde-xes at all levels constructed by the 2ICU specialist nurse training program arescienti-fic to a certain extent,and the indicators have been revised and screened by theGerm-an and Filipino method.The results are reliable and the weight determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is scientific,which is of great significance to the systematic and standardized training of ICU specialist nurses and the improvement of the training quality of ICU specialist nurses.
