Pain is the most common symptoms and diseases that patients seek medical help,with the change of medical model and scientific and technological progress,pain management is taken more and more attention, pain management specialized nurse play an important role of leading,implementation,coordination and training and so on,pain management specialized nurse is the world's main development trend of pain management.After decades of development,in the developed country,it has accumulated lots of experience in training of pain management specialized nurse,and it has already valued a comprehensive training system of knowledge,our country is in actively exploring stage in the training of pain management specialized nurse,this study is to learn from the valuable foreign experience,combined with China's specific national conditions, build a scientific,practical and feasible pain management specialized nurse training core knowledge system.Part I Form the Core Knowledge System of the Pain Management Specialized Nurse Training CourseObjective To form the core knowledge system of the pain management specialized nurse training course. Methods The study was widely accessible CNKI, Medline, PubMed and other databases related to pain management specialized nurse training courses, use Google, Baidu and other search engines search for articles and other relevant literature,use network resources,professional websites,tracking domestic and international pain management specialized nurse training of nurses development situation. Results Draw on the authority of the American Academy of Pain Management Nurses Association (American Society for Pain Management Nursing, ASPMN) U.S. pain management specialized nurse training core curriculum (Core Curriculum for Pain Management Nursing), combined with domestic textbooks, form the core knowledge system of the pain management specialized nurse training course,including pain nursing overview, pain management quality assessment,the related nursing theory and the role of pain management specialized nurse functions in the pain management,there were 89 knowledge points.PartⅡPreliminary Construct the Core Knowledge System of the Pain Management Specialized Nurse Training CourseObjective With China's specific national conditions, primary construct the core knowledge system of the pain management specialized nurse training course. Methods In accordance with the likert-5 classification score, according to importance, divided knowledge points into five grades, form the core knowledge system of the pain management specialized nurse training needs questionnaire, to investigate 12 hospitals in Shandong Province, of which 3 third level hospitals,4 secondary level hospitals,5 first level hospitals, total 402 hospital nurses about pain management specialized nurse training core knowledge demands. Results The descriptive statistical analysis showed that:1.the scores of all knowledges were higher than 3 points;2.the training demands focused on various types of pain management,pain assessment; 3.nurses had lower demands in the related nursing theory and the role of pain management specialized nurse functions in the pain management,analgesic pharmacology, pain management quality assessment;4.most of the nurses expressed the urgent need for thetraining knowledge. The Spearman rank correlation showed:the seniority of nurse has positive correlation with pain nursing overview,pain management quality assessment; Profession title has positive correlation with pain management quality assessment,analgesic pharmacology;Education background has positive correlation with the related nursing theory and the role of pain management specialized nurse functions in the pain management,pain management quality assessment.Ridit analysis showed:45 items were very important and accepted by three-level hospital nurses,only 2 items were low importance.The training need of the first and seeond level hospital nurses focused on the cancer pain management,the elder pain management,chronic pain management,the role of pain management specialized nurse functions,the legal and ethical issues in pain management,the third level hospital nurses focused on pain assessment,acute pain management,The whole results showed:various types of pain management,pain assessment were key training content. Conclusion:Different levels of hospital nurses have shown varying degrees of demand, the core knowledge system of the pain management specialized nurse training course had higher knowledge recognition,reflects the construction of this preliminary study with the core knowledge system of the pain management specialized nurse training course have the breadth and universality, while different levels of hospital nurses have focused on the different needs of core knowledge, clear the different levels of hospital nurses knowledge of the pain management specialized nurse training common needs and their own needs, we can building can be combined, modular training content to provide targeted training, provid the theoretical and practical basis.PartⅢEstablish the Core Knowledge System of the Pain Management Specialized Nurse Training CourseObjective To establish the core knowledge system of the pain management specialized nurse training course. Methods Use the Delphi method to choose 20～25 experts of clinical pain care, pain nursing education, pain nursing management for 2 round of expert consultation to initially build the core knowledge system of the pain management specialized nurse training course. Results Experts have High positive results, the expert's authority Cr coefficient of 0.776 degree, established a core knowledge system of the pain management specialized nurse training course, including:pain nursing overview,pain assessment,analgesic pharmacology,pain clinical management,pain management quality assessment,the related nursing theory and the role of pain management specialized nurse functions in the pain management, there were six modules,88 knowledge points.Conclusion Expert enthusiasm, authority levels are high; establish the core knowledge system of the pain management specialized nurse training course to provide the basis for setting pain management specialized nurse training course.
