PDCA In The Application Of SY Hospital Elderly Specialist Nurse Training Quality Management

With the aging of the population increasing,growing demand for elderly care services.Aged care specialist nurses as the main body strength,to provide old-age care service provided for its clinical forms of pension service quality satisfaction,directly affect the development of old-age care service and in the future,at the same time also affect the social reputation evaluation of hospital related functional departments.Aged care specialist nurse training quality is to deal with an ageing population,the key to improve the quantity and quality of elderly health nurses.However,older specialist nurse training in China started late,there is no standard can refer to reference,a number of problems to be solved,especially on the training quality and larger space.To improve the quality of SY elderly specialist nurse training,this study proposed by the quality of the PDCA management approach,on the base of training management for quality improvement.First,the author by retrieving China hownet,VIP,ten thousand such as database,and consult relevant professional books,a lot about age and PDCA cycle theory specialist nurse training quality management related information,for application of PDCA cycle in geriatric specialist nurse training quality to seek the theoretical support.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,symposium on teaching base for students to participate in the training and the participation of teachers and students to participate in the clinical practice of ward patients questionnaire survey,at the same time,representatives of teachers to students hold a symposium,according to the results of questionnaire survey,symposium,find out the problems existing in the current college base management,and will be ordered by the problem,find out the main influencing factors.Finally,in March 2017 to December 2017 elderly college training base in SY hospital management application of PDCA cycle,quality improvement,the whole process according to the PDCA circulation step standard,analysis of PDCA quality improvement in 2017 before the 9th the indicators of training course,summary analysis PDCA cycle training quality improvement after use,good standard to continue as a system,the place with bad continues to improve in the next round of cycle.To explore the SY hospital elderly college training base,the best management mode,to provide theoretical evidence for improving the elderly college base training management.
