Effect Of Yangyin Runmu Pills On The Expression Of IL-1?TNF-??NF-?B?ICAM-1 In Conjunctival Epithelial Cells In A Rat Model Of Dry Eye

Objective:To study the effect of Yangyin Runmu Pills on the expression of IL-1?TNF-??NF-?B?ICAM-1 in conjunctival epithelial cells in a rat model of dry eye.Methods:Sixty Sprague-Dawley(SD)male rats were randomly divided into five groups,three groups except for the blank controlling group and sham group were prepared as the models of dry eye by using the method of ovariectomy.After one week,the animals in the treatment groups were treated with Yangyin Runmu Pills and eye drops for three month,following this,SIT and BUT were detection respectively, the conjunctival epithelial cell were taken to test the expressive activities of IL-1?TNF-??NF-?B?ICAM-1 by immunohistochemical method.Results:Compared with the model group,SIT was increased obviously,BUT was extended obviously,form j rules,shading levels are relatively low,angle is changed to a lesser degree,and the expression of IL-1?TNF-??NF-?B?ICAM-1 was decreased evidently in groups of Yangyin Runmu Pills,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:Yangyin Runmu Pills can reduce the inflammation with dry eye,increase the tear secretion and prolong appears broken through cut expression of IL-1?TNF-??NF-?B?ICAM-1 in conjunctival epithelial cells,thus to block the related inflammatory reaction and improve immune function,which suggests that Yangyin Runmu Pills may be a potent drug for dry eye.
